Great communication and delivery. The lime juice was a brilliant addition for making lots of different cocktails.

What a brilliant service! A friend manned a cocktail bar at my birthday party on Saturday. We were having nightmares about how many hours we would have to spend squeezing and slicing, then I found Limes Chopped. Everything arrived exactly as ordered and when expected, and in excellent condition. My mixologist friend was very happy and our cocktails were delicious. Top quality ingredients, top quality preparation, excellent value for money and top quality service.

Great selection of products, really well packaged and very fast delivery. Would definitely use again for our events. All lemons and limes arrived fresh and ready to use.

I ordered 10kg of 3mm dry-ice pellets before Christmas for delivery on 13/01/2022, before 12pm. This was the earliest date available, but that was ok and I assumed that more sensible customers had ordered in good time and that the good folk at Limeschopped were busy up until the middle of Jan.
Unfortunately, it is now gone 6pm and no sign of any dry-ice and no word from Limeschopped or their courier.
I understand that we are living through difficult times and I hope that all at Limeschopped are well and that they had a great festive season, with hospitality suffering so badly.
I know that stuff happens and we can't always deliver what we intend, for whatever reason. I would have understood if they'd have let me know the order wasn't coming.
Yesterday I received an email requesting a review, so thought I'd oblige.
I take no delight in giving a bad review, but in this case I have no choice (other than none, of course). I hope it helps.
(I shall, of course, update if the situation changes)

Fantastic service and wonderfully fresh juices and peels. I was catering a party for 40 and didn’t fancy juicing a million limes for the margaritas or grapefruits for the palomas so this was perfect and loved the speedy customer service support on whatsapp. Will definitely use again!
