YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM!! I had been buying from them for at least year (since 2023). All of a sudden, I don't know what happened in 2024, none of my orders showed up! Twice I bought from them and never received items and never got a reply from them. Something happened with their management because they no longer will send any items, they will keep your money instead. They kept a few hundred dollars I paid and I never got anything, not even a reply. Do NOT Buy from Them!!!!

Scam!!!! Took my money in June, no order ref sent, no product and no refund. Ignored my messages too

5 months now, stil no products, no answers and no money back what so ever!!! People don’t order. The first order was great must say that. But after that…. They scam you!!

Don't use! If you want your parcel within the delivery time go elsewhere. If you want good customer service use another company.

Parcel hasn't changed delivery notification for 4 weeks just been stuck in 'awaiting pickup'. This isn't the first time it has happened and I've had to chase my parcel.
Emailed the company explaining my issue and how frustrating it was due to time frames of ordering etc. Got a response 3 days later saying it was going to be chased and they were going to keep me updated. Now I'm on day 13 for a response, parcel hasn't made any progress and the company are now ignoring my emails because I've had to send another one chasing my parcel again.

I refuse to buy anything from this company again due to my poor experience I've received. It is very frustrating because I am a gym instructor and personal trainer so I practically live in my gym clothes and tell my clients to use this company too. Not anymore.

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM LIMITLESS! I ordered over 2 months ago and have not received my order. I keep getting emails saying they can't control the shipping times. That's a bunch of BS. I finally received a tracking number today over 2 months later. I checked the tracking number and it says the package has been seized due to "counterfeit postage" and that I have to request a refund from the merchant. Doubt I will receive a refund so I'll have to go through my credit card company. Don't waste your time. Order elsewhere.

Took over a month to receive my item. I no longer need it but cannot initiate a return because it’s staying it’s now “out of return window,” even though I just received it. Customer service has been impersonal and not helpful. They just keep saying the “issue has been forwarded to the warehouse.”

Ordered March 1st, received confirmation that I ordered but never received confirmation that item had shipped. After the allotted time for processing and shipping had passed I opened up a case with customer service. They kept giving me the runaround saying they were looking into why I have not received the item. Refused refund even though the shipping has not updated since March 7th in Washington it is now March 24th and I'm in Oregon. I could have ordered it from China and got it by now and I'm not getting any help from customer service. I am trying to dispute with the payment service that I used as it's clear I'm never going to get my item back. This company is a scam they steal your money and I'm very glad that I used a third party payment service and not my direct payment method

So I recently purchased a pair of limitless leggings and then never received them ! When I ordered the leggings I had separate confirmation emails with two different order numbers from different limitless emails , after this I never received any tracking information and then after contacting limitless numerous times to get in touch about where my order was no one bothered to get back in touch . When finally someone did they said they would contact the warehouse but then I never heard anything back it has been 3 weeks since I ordered these leggings and no one has been able to resolve this issue.
Worst Customer service I’ve ever received.

Never received order. Tried to reach out and email came back as didn't exist.

Ordered an item that has never been sent, no tracking, and horrible customer service has given me a reply once to tell me it was a logistics issue at which time they offered me to buy more leggings and get two for free! Yeah right! Absolutely a scam

Would have given zero stars if I could. Ordered a number of items. Not despatched, no refund. Definitely a scam.

After a desired product was no longer available at the time of ordering, I was contacted to order a new one because the amount had already been charged to my credit card.
Unfortunately, one part of the order didn't fit, why I had to arrange a very expensive and complicated return from Austria. I was expecting the remaining amount to be credited to my bank, which never happened! I contacted the company and the employees, with whom I also had contact via email, SEVERAL TIMES, but I was always only half-heartedly informed that it would be passed on to the billing department, which of course never happened and in the end I was completely ignored. Limitlessfitwear still owes me a certain remaining amount! Due to these events, I unfortunately really cannot recommend the company and its products for the European market! Be careful where you order!

This company is a scam. I placed an order in April that never delivered. Customer service never replies then my order just shows canceled status. They never provided a refund or a status update. I am reporting the payment as fraud. I would encourage everyone to do the same. I will not stop complaining until this fake scam company is held responsible

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered 2 pairs of leggings 6 months ago that never arrived. Emailed the company countless times for either a refund or to fulfill my order. Six months and they are “still contacting the warehouse”. Save yourself the stress and wasted money. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them.

Well not had good experiences with limitless 1st order delivered to the wrong address when contacting them they sent me a picture and said go knock on doors in my estate. Wasn’t till I reminded them of the regulation that they issued a refund. 2nd pair came and due to poor quality ripped whilst putting them on. A replacement was sent but again poor quality and after 2 wears they have ripped. A 3rd pair ordered at the same time as 2nd pair again same thing wore twice after second wear seems ripped very very poor quality. Used to order from gym shark but due to cost I tried limitless. I will be going back to gym shark the cost may be a little bit higher but the quality of the product is far higher

The worst service ever! I have never reveived the item what I paid for. Customer care service is shocking too as there is no response at all. They don't care about their customers at all.

Please AVOID!

I would give no stars if I could, the leggings are shocking quality it took over a month to arrive and after one wear one pair ripped and another pair arrived damaged. They ignore my request for return they have stolen my money and never respond to my emails asking for a return. They are scammers!

Do not order from this company. It is a scam and they will steal your money.
