Have been bringing my son here for a few months now and its great how he is developing physically and mentally, learning how to protect himself. The whole team is so friendly and care about developing people of all backgrounds and fitness. Great value for money too. Very highly recommended

I am wholly impressed with these classes. My son is 13 and has been going for a year now. He never doesn't want to go because his instructor, Rohit, is excellent - he gets the best out of the children in a friendly but firm manner. He has been very understanding of my son's SEN needs too (AUDHD) always showing him kindness and understanding so that he never has meltdowns there. This is the 3rd martial arts class my son has attended and by far the best. I highly recommend it as it gives my son confidence when standing up to bullies, is training him to have discipline and resilience and gives him a real sense of accomplishment.
