9/3/23 and I'm still waiting for the watch to arrive. No update from you.

The watch was delivered promptly & I was pleased with its quality. Very good service, thank you.

I ordered a specific watch for my wife. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the particular model was unavailable. I spoke to Mr Husain Kola, Senior National Accounts Advisor. He was superb and the level of courtesy and assistance he offered was beyond any expectation. Not only did this company supply the watch my wife wanted, they ensured we were kept up to date with every step.
I bought one watch for my wife but because of the level of care and professionalism, I then bought one for myself. I thought that this transaction deserved some comment and I am very pleased to do so.

I received a ready for dispatch notice within half an hour of ordering, had the product in my hand the next day, and hadn't ordered next day delivery. The watch is really great. Very impressed all round!

The watch arrived quickly and was as advertised, but what really made the service for me was I had to return it as it was way too big for my son. The return was processed quickly and the refund was done a day or two later.

I like the watch but it is seems to be impossible to take links out yourself & I will never get time to go to a jewellers. There seems to be a facility to send the watch back for resizing but again, who knows when I will get time to look into that. At the moment it is gathering dust on the side. This would be a 5 star watch if you included resizing instructions or even a small tool.

I like this watch because it has a classic feel to it. It's a simple watch which is what a watch should be.

For the amount that's paid your getting alot of watch for the small price you pay.

The strap is a decent quality and contrasts nicely with the gold colour of the watch.
