I booked a Sprinter van for our family group, The van was spotless with super comfortable leather seats—perfect for our crew.

Our driver was fantastic—not only did he arrive early, but he kept us updated every step of the way. Since we had multiple stops, he went out of his way to park as close as possible, which was a lifesaver in the cold.

Told us they were at jfk to pick us up at 18.30. I walked up and down pick up point but there was a no show, it was -7 and snowing my wife was in a wheel chair freezing.
We ended up getting a yellow cab costing a further $120 at 20.40 we gat a phone call asking where we are ,I told them what happened and their reply was he was putting us down as a no show and there would be no refund.

Flat prices with no unexpected tolls. Very responsive service. Travelling with a baby, we appreciated the convenience of paying in advance for parking and terminal meet and great. We used child seats, which were provided. While the car service is a bit further from the terminal than taxis, it was no problem for us as a family with Bags. They helped with our luggage and transported us to a clean vehicle. Will use this company again!
