Realicé el pedido (REF#LB2313) el 23/11/2025, dos sticks efecto lifting que nunca llegaron a mi casa. Después de escribirles cinco correos, contestaron que había habido un problema en el transporte: que ya habían contactado con la empresa transportista y me ofrecían enviarlos de nuevo sin coste para mí. Les he escrito otras cinco veces y no me han contestado. Casi dos meses más tarde sigo esperando. Por el momento, para mí está empresa es una estafa.
