About Lin Health
Written by the company
Lin Health Medical Group empowers providers to offer patients the gold standard in innovative, longitudinal chronic pain care.
For decades, pain care has relied heavily on medications and invasive procedures, often addressing symptoms rather than root causes. Lin Health harnesses breakthroughs in neuroscience that focus on retraining the nervous system and delivers these evidence-based clinical methods through an award-winning, physician-led, coach supported digital application. No side effects, with non-pharmacological care accessible within days, anytime, anywhere, all in collaboration with the referring provider's care team.
Lin's multidisciplinary approach includes integrating Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE) and proven neuroplastic therapies (Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to offer lasting relief for back and joint pain, IBS, headaches, long COVID, fibromyalgia, and many other conditions and symptoms.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, we deliver proven clinical results with 75% of Lin patients seeing significant improvement. Our virtual care is covered by insurance, fostering adherence (15 visits per patient, on average) and patient satisfaction (70 NPS) built on a therapeutic alliance with each patient.
High-touch, longitudinal pain care remains out of reach for many due to systemic limitations and high costs. Lin Health is bridging this gap by delivering scalable, affordable, and personalized pain care that empowers individuals to reclaim the quality of their life.

I have been in a battle with pain for…
I have been in a battle with pain for 30 yrs..I fell at work and have multiple injuries..the program has helped me in that battle.the program has opened my eyes as to how to deal with the pain in a new way ..I take time now to feel the pain and to understand where it's coming from .to make a decision if it's harmful to my body or just a pain that will go away in time ..how to reprogram my brain to make my pain less and recover faster..I'm not on heating pad as much.i work though pain that I would stop and wait til better..now push through to let my brain know it's ok .it's jot going to harm me if I keep going..so much has changed for me personally on how I look and feel pain now ..if ur reading this the program gives me a lot of tools to deal with all my pain ..if u would like to do program ......all u have to do is have a open mind and that u don't have to go through ur pain alone ..I really hope I helped because the program is working for me
Having a life coach to work is wonderful
Having a life coach to work with is the strengthen of this program. The material is put together well, although sometimes I think I’m done with a topic and I’m not, because I didn’t continue until I had hit the summit button. The coach is able to gather material (videos, pod cases etc.) specifically for you. Now if I can only get myself out of chronic pain!!
I am seeing/feeling results.
My coach has been always available to answer my questions or comments online. During our sessions , I feel he is positively interested in how I am doing in my life, not just Lin Health. I have had sinus infections all my life...maybe "stuffing" emotions? I realized that I have not had an infection in months. I do the deep breathing exercises throughout my days and can't "stuff" anything and still breath deeply. I am more relaxed, slowing down and less body pain ( and I had back pain 9 weeks ago). The time I spend reading, practicing and trying these techniques has been well worth it!

I enjoy working through each session with Gloria.
28 yrs with pain, follow my journey with Lin
I have been working with Lin for about 5 months. I've had my pain for 28 years. I rated my experience as a 4 only because it's still early in my journey.
In those 5 months I've learned a lot about where my pain is coming from and tools to reduce and control flare ups. That's been a big advancement for me.
Remember, it's a process and not an event. Learn and embrace what independent outcome means and it will keep you from abandoning the process too soon.
It's helping me a lot with my MS pain
It's helping me a lot with my MS pain. giving me a new perspective on daily living
I feel optimistic for the first time in years
Long term, chronic pain is hard to deal with. I was at the end of my rope, with no hope for improvement. I actually felt like I was dying.
I’m a month into the process and I’m starting to see the first signs of improvement. Not gonna lie, this is a ton of work. The program challenges my thoughts about myself and the pain I feel daily. It’s not easy.
It took decades to get to this place, an easy solution is unrealistic. But I’m 100% confident that it will work. I’m already seeing the first few signs of true improvement (mentally and physically). Believe me, I’ve tried everything. That my trend is getting better, not continuing to worsen… I feel optimistic for the first time in years.
Intriguing concepts
My therapist, Joelle, is a joy to work with. Lin Health concepts are very interesting and providing me new ways to think about pain. My fibromyalgia seems to be under control now, so we’re going to work on my peripheral neuropathy. I’m enjoying this program!
Lin Health Review
The Pain Coach ( Sara Clerk) has done a tremendous job of helping me gain insight into my pain. Rather than give me the answers, she helps me find them. She is friendly and compassionate. A true professional and a pleasure to work with. My pain has decreased significantly since I began working with her 3 months ago.
Great program
My Lin coach has a wonderful and calm approach to teaching me. I have started to notice improvements in the way my brain is reacting to flares of pain. I have a ways to go but the progress so far gives me the push to continue with the program. The platform is easy to use and the modules are in small sections. This makes it easy to do and easy to review. The important thing to remember is this process of brain training takes time and a surprising amount of repetition. My coach is very reassuring and encouraging. I’m grateful for the program.

Coach Petra & Lin Health Are Awesome
I am a current client of Lin Health, and my pain coach, Petra, has been incredibly understanding and knowledgeable. She has supported me through some of my toughest times, from multiple injuries to mental health challenges. Petra is down-to-earth and deeply understands all aspects of pain. I’ve been working with her for over seven months, and her approach has helped me gain a better grasp of my pain and its root causes. Lin Health’s unique approach has made a significant difference in my journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with chronic or persistent pain.
Gloria is wonderful
Gloria! She’s so caring and positive. I was crying certain evenings bc my hands, feet, or entire body hurt—I have neuropathy in both. I’m back to doing things like playing/riding our horses (no fear of them; fear of my pain.), walking the dogs, learning new things (lifelong learner.)
The Lin team is top notch
The Lin team is top notch; extremely caring and knowledgeable. The care I’ve received has been so positive, supportive and helpful and I feel like I’ve really benefited from my experience with my coach.
I really like my coach she is great!
