The company uses the JCPENNY name to scam & con people. On November 4th 2025. I ordered blouses & shirts for $73.07. Waited for weeks. Products were shipped according to the tracking service which was also a fake because the products was never delivered. The company does not have a phone number to call. I tried to contact them via email never received a response. The company is a fraud. Be extremely careful. I should have read the reviews before ordering. The products are from China and the online service who collects the money is from New York

I should have checked these reviews BEFORE ordering from Linaforte. They are a total "sounds too good to be true" scam. I ordered several jackets for a very low price and not only did not receive the items, they are only willing to reimburse my order-MINUS the shipping cost!" Buyer beware!!

We ordered from this now questionable company "Lina Forte" in November 2025 and we are still waiting for the order.

I would give zero stars, if possible! Below is a record of my experience with this company and I'll get neither a refund nor the items purchased.

linaforte stated that they would give me a full refund that was over a month ago and never rec'd anything they keep saying it was processed . this company is a scam the website stated jcp but when i saw the charge i tried disputing it right away am now also disouting the charge with my bank

Fraud.placed an order in november. Never received it. Upon investigation by myself and my bank linaforte used a fake site from jc Penney to get orders supposedly shipped from China. It was all a scam. After many excuses sent by a computer still never received a package. Could never talk to a person. They are a fake. Do not order from them. Never.

Scam!!! Do not order from this company!!! I thought this was JCPenny, (since they used initials JCP it turned out to be Linaforte) I ordered on Dec 2, 2025 and never received my order it’s now January 11th, 2026
When I checked my order status it’s says “order not found”

If I could give a negative # for this place I would . No phone number for customer service. Email sometimes they reply back . I ordered from this scamming place 12/9/25. Today they claim it was delivered. It has NOT been delivered , tried checking my order on the site and now it shows there is no order !!! This is some Chinese tracking junk , doesn't update ever . Do NOT BUY from here . They are useless and lie constantly!!! Keep your money away from them !!! I also filed a claim at FTC.gov for them being a scam .

I placed an order of a coat that never come. I was told that their shipper lost it and do not answer their claim. So these SCAM CO.(LINAFORTE) in order for
them to refund my money, they'll take $15.00 for the shipping . I refused .The reason I order from this SCAM artist is they put the logo of JCP, which I thought it's online websight of JCPenny. What a SCAM!

What went wrong is that I placed some orders in October of 2025.
It is now December 23 2025 and have not received anything from this place. I have emailed several times and still nothing. When they reply back...it says they are looking into it...it comes from another country.
I have tried several times reaching out to them. I just sent another email today...12/23/2025
I guess I'm at a loss. Playing with people money...something needs to be done .

Fraudulent site, fake tracking that doesn’t work, refuses to refund for “lost” items. DO NOT buy from this fake site. Report to your bank or better business bureau. They aren’t in the US either.

Google advertising is not trustworthy either. Came in my Google feed, so I assumed it was verified. Obviously not and now I'm out of the money and my dispute was not refunded.

I also thought i was ordering from JCPenny. Guessed they have also posed as Macy's and Talbot's. Same story, fake tracking, claimed it was delivered but it wasn't. When i didn't get the automated email i knew i was in trouble and contacted my credit card company. They didn't want to give me a refund right away but did give me a new card. I contacted them last week to do a dispute and they gave me a credit for the full charge. So it was billed by meiishcom estore but emails came from linaforte. To many red flags to list. Linaforte wanted to give me 30% of my charge back. I laughed. No, i don't think so. Always pay with a credit card not a bank card. Credit card companies are much better with disputes.

Thought I was ordering from JCPenney. As soon as I realized (within the hour) that it WASN"T Penney's I e-mailed to cancel the order but was told it was already shipped which was near to impossible. Tracked the order for well over a month only to be told on December 10 that it was delivered - it was not; I work from home so I'm always here. Contacted the company on 3 separate occasions and told they were following up with the "logistics company" but would not state who it was EVEN THOUGH they direct you to a site that says it's tracking company. It's not; finally said I wanted a full refund and they asked if I could give them 2-3 days. THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME FOR EVEN MORE MONEY TO RESHIP IT; STATING IT WOULD BE BOTH REFUNDED AND NOT REFUNDED IN THE SAME E-MAIL. THIS IS THE WORST SCAM COMPANY I'VE EVER COME ACROSS.

They are a scam and refuse to give your money back if I could give zero stars I would don't waste your money it is a fraudulent company who just takes people's hard working money

This company is a scam. I never received my large order (they said it was stolen) and I have never received my money back. They said I must pay 12.00 fee to get my money back. They were going to take it out of my order money. Complete scammers who need to be arrested and shut down. Everything they do to run this make believe company is illegal. They would look great to me if they were behind bars. They deserve it. Stay far far away from Linaforte or you will also lose all your money.

I placed an order months ago and $35.00 was deducted from my bank account.
I never got my order and just keep getting the run around and excuses.
This place is a SCAM!!!!!
