Lina was absolutely amazing. I went to her wanting to work on a couple things, and always left our sessions feeling like I became wiser by a few years. She's extremely intuitive always saying the right words at the right time, a trustworthy guide who is patient and non-judgemental, who will push you just enough to grow but not enough to break. I still (almost one year later) use some of the techniques she shared with me, and lessons I learned from our experience together still resonate and are ingrained in me. If you're looking to challenge yourself and grow in any aspect, you won't find anyone better than Lina to work with.

Before I joined this program with Lina, I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start with coaching. I had no idea what to expect and had a lot of doubts whether coaching was right for me at this point and whether it would even help me very much. I am so glad I jumped into that decision. The program with Lina really catapulted me into a new way of thinking, being and feeling. After I completed this program, I was equipped with tools and techniques to craft a life more aligned with my values and make decisions with my mind, body and spirit. Being coached by Lina is special because because she meets you exactly where you are and knows exactly when and how to push you. She has an incredible knack to zone in to your blocks, and really is a brilliant guide into these not so fun areas of ourselves. She makes the entire process fun, enjoyable, safe and I would 1000% repeat it and recommend it.
