Oplichters !!!

Oplichters zijn het. Bh kostte bijna 40 eu. Is rommel eerste klas. Als je je aanmeld voor terugbetaling krijg je antwoord dat je mail binnen de zoveel uur beantwoord zal worden en dan niets meer. Je hebt maar 7 dagen ! KOOP HIER NIET ! U bent gewaarschuwd !
En dan na 4 maand een zielige reactie. Moest het niet zo triest zijn het was hilarisch.
And for those who don’t understand Dutch : seriously ? After 4 months ? Do you really expect me to write you an email ? Your bra was thrown in the bin 4 months ago and that’s the only place it belongs. End of subject.

This only gets a 1because there isn’t…

This only gets a 1because there isn’t anything lower. They charged my account as soon as I ordered, but didn’t ship for 11days. They shipped each bra separately and they trickled in. It has now been 1month and I still haven’t received 1 item. I want to send everything back, but am unable to contact them either phone or internet. They don’t fit way too small even though I ordered larger than needed. Beware

I am so sorry to hear that you had to wait such a long time for your bra to arrive only to find out that the size is not good for you. Please accept our sincerest apologies!

It seems that what happened here was that we probably didn't have all of the models you ordered available at the same warehouse. When that happens, we usually ship the items separately from wherever we have them in stock, and so they would likely arrive at different times.

However, our failure to properly communicate this with you must have led to a frustrating experience, and we are so sorry about that!

I am so sorry to learn that you are unable to contact us through phone or email. I'm not sure what exactly happened and why you weren't able to get a hold of our Customer Support, but I assure you that we will look into this situation and ensure that it doesn't happen again.

Nevertheless, if you still haven't received any assistance from any of our agents, please reach out to me directly at claire@linalift.com. I'd definitely love to walk you through the return process so that you can get your money back ASAP.

No return address; no money back

The bra I ordered did not fit, so I wrote an email to ask for a refund and a return address to send it back. I received an answer that this was not possible because I was too late (9 days after reception of the product in stead of 7, which is in their general terms). But in Europe/The Netherlands the mandatory legal term for returns of internet purchase is 14 days. I told them this and asked again for a return address and my money back. I never received a response.

I am so sorry to hear that the bra you received did not fit and that trying to return the item for a refund seemed to be more complicated than it should have been. Please accept our sincerest apologies!

It seems like there had been some misunderstanding with regards to our return policy. Generally, if you want to return the items for a refund, you just need to contact us by email within 14 days following the delivery of your order. I can see that you have contacted us 9 days after receiving your item, and that is within the timeframe needed for returns.

I understand that the whole experience had already been so frustrating, especially since you mentioned that our Customer Support failed to assist you when you asked again for a return address. I am so sorry about that. Rest assured that we will investigate this matter and make sure that it doesn't happen again.
