Scammers
I ordered an abaya on 4 December 2025. After waiting over a month, I finally received a tracking number, but my order never arrived.
Customer service later told me the parcel was lost in transit and promised to send a replacement within 24–48 hours.
Instead, I was given an incorrect tracking number that did not match my address, and the dates did not add up.when I put the tracking number in it showed the item was sent on 2 January 2026, but it was on the 16 January 2026 when they said they will re send the replacement item.
As of 22 January 2026, I still have not received anything. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
