We currently have a Fire alarm contract with Lincoln Security, in which the support and help when required is the best we have experience over the years of dealing with several companies.

Out of hours response and help is excellent. Every engineer that has answered has solved the issues we faced.

We have recently had installation of cctv, in which, the quality of work from installation and after sales support is brilliant as well.

Overall really happy with all aspects of Lincoln Security.

Clear, concise and responsive

Lincoln security dealt with our issues quickly, they were very helpful and friendly during the times they were here also.

Rob and Andy were very professional, on time and explained everything they were doing. Andy was also really good to provide us with the schematic diagrams that he had researched by liaising with Bell who designed the system for our block.

Great customer service, and so fantastic to have work done by such a friendly, knowledgable and experienced craftsman. Well done to all the team at Lincoln Security.

Steve P attended site and was informative, courteous and polite! He explained how to use our new Digi-Locks and talked the team through everything effectively. Been using this company for a while to buy items for the company I work for in Lincoln, like door closers and locks etc. Have found them to be extremely helpful. The guys on the counter are very knowledgeable and helpful. Lincoln Security have gone out of their way to help on several occasions. (I am not in anyway connected to the company).
