Reluctant to process refund
Delivery was prompt so they deserve one star. However, I'm due a refund for a short delivery and despite assurances from them I'm still waiting. I've contacted them 4 times and each time I'm told the refund will be processed but it never is. Small claims court will be the next step unfortunately.

The driver left the gate to the oil…
The driver left the gate to the oil tank unsecured. I left a screw driver and it takes 30 seconds maximum to secure it. It could have ripped the whole gate off if the wind had caught it.

Was delivered my oil today but the driver broke my oil gauge off the tank and didn't even bother to inform me when i was at home, so for one i dont even know how much oil i have or if they even delivered the right amount hopefully they will contact me and sort this damage out asap. And i will update my feedback depending on this.
