Put my father's 1980's Seiko watch in for a service through Linda & Co in Macquarie Centre. The service and care through the in store staff and the watch service centre was exemplary. The treated me with care and respect and did a thorough job. Would definitely recommend then to anyone.

Saw a Seiko Astron on display so I went in and had a look. Navin was very professional and helpful in explaining the features of the watch. He was very patient when I was discussing with my partner and was not pushy at all. I ended up buying the watch that day. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience.

Very good service got an amazing deal on a Seiko watch as a Bday gift. Got given a 200 dollar discount and they allowed me to buy it in store even though it was online only.

Today I was shopping for my COVID belated 50th b’day present - a new watch. The staff at Linda & Co were fabulous, listening to what I wanted and making considered suggestions until we found just the right thing. Just before Christmas I looked at my hand and noticed the centre diamond of my 25 year old engagement ring was gone! I was devastated.
Searched high and low couldn’t find it !
I had to face the fact that it was gone!!
Two weeks later while vacuuming my daughters room and moving furniture. There was my diamond!
A close friend brought me to Linda and Co at Macquarie centre.
They remade my engagement ring and I am so happy I feel like a kid on Christmas Day.
It looks more beautiful than I could have imagined. I cannot stop looking at it
My Husband spoilt me and also ordered me a double halo diamond ring that he promised me for our 25th Wedding anniversary and 50 th birthday.

The staff at Linda and co were so beautiful and friendly. Alan helped me with my rings. He knew exactly what I wanted. Veronica was so sweet and friendly and made me feel so comfortable every time I walked in or called asking if they were ready yet. You could not ask for better service.

Hi, I recently visited your store on various ocassions and was always greeted by very friendly and helpful staff especially Veronica who went way above to help me. She was extremely friendly and helped make my shopping experience special.

Today I was served my Veronica when I went with my mother to purchase a gift for my 21st birthday. Veronica was really helpful in answering questions and educating me on different types of diamonds and rings. She kept in mind our price limit and made helpful suggestions. Veronica was also super respectful when we needed some time to look around for the desired piece of jewellery. I recently purchased a Seiko Astron for my dad and Navin at Rhodes shop was assisting me from the start. The customer service was great and I’ve gotten assistance even after I made my purchase. This is the second time I’ve bought from the store and I would come back again in the near future.
