I see that this page is gone already (thanks god), but in January this year I bought here faux fur for about 50 euro! and came to me a rag made of a blanket .. Three ducks sewn on one thread as fasteners, which fell off right away. I've been waiting for this shi*t for over a month (It was coming from China). When I send they message about return and get my money back, they wrote me that they can give me back 17 euro AND i have to pay for shipment! Thet are scammers! I remember they had a normal (fake) return policy, there was no information that they were from China and they hadn't their photos (I saw the same on another profile on instagram)

I bought some clothes from your store in January. But the clothes haven't arrived yet and I asked for a refund but there's no answer. If this message doesn't answer, I'll report your store.

In order for me to put in a complaint, I had to check a star. They don't even deserve 1 star rating! This m#fer a$$ company has taken my money & not even responded to my complaint! I placed my order on 2/10/2020, never received a email about my purchase or even a receipt of purchase! Sent numerous request but no responses, IM REALLY PIST THE HELL OFF!

The most big thieves . I never receive my order . They took me 49,89 dollars since four months few minutes after my order And since then a big silence . They never answer . I am going to contact all the complainers and make a international action against them .

Ordered a coat for my daughter 16 November 2019, still not received! I emailed them on 9 December without reply. I then contacted them through Paypal on 20 December 2019 and received a reply the following day stating that my item had shipped on 18 December and provided a shipping reference with the information to wait a few days and contact your local mail provider. I tried the reference today but it is not recognised by Royal Mail. I have escalated the dispute to Paypal and now await the outcome. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Waited over a month to receive one od the worst quality products I've ever seen. Hideous by every means, matted fur, external layer resembled that of a poorly made rain jacket. Not to mention the sleeves were too short even though I ordered a large. Furious!!!!!

I received the goods in a completely different form than the pictures on the site. Spent about 70 € and offer compensation of 20$ !
I offered to return them back and get the full amount, but they don’t need a spectator.

It’s fake. Ordered a month ago, I have nothing although the site and conformation email stated the delivery would take 5-12 days. Can’t get money back, can’t cancel order, so I just lost my money. Their contact form on the website doesn’t work and there is no other way to contact them. They have more websites looking pretty much the same. DO NOT ORDER!!
