Incredibly bad service

DKV medical service use LindeMedica Malaga to provide testing and CPAP machines for people suffering from sleep apnea. This company will only ever respond and communicate when the insurance company reprimand them. Since 21/09/2026 I have questions about the equipment and the loan and I am struggling with the use of the CPAP machine and mask. I have written 3 emails and sent 2 text messages to them and haven’t received even one response and they do not answer telephone calls. I will tell everyone what an awful company they are. I will never rent or buy any equipment from them, ever. Avoid them at all costs
