Stuck in customs and incomplete order
My order got stuck in customs. I paid for FedEx 2-4 day delivery. It was missing some number on the package. I do not know if this was a FedEx issue or a LindeHobby issue. It took my order 3 weeks to arrive. I would not have given such a low rating, but this was not my only issue. When I opened my delivery, I only received 3 of the 23 skeins I ordered. They have been extremely kind and helpful with their online support but where is my full order?

Good Products Rough Shipping
The products are great but the whole package was busted into. It was most likely a customs issue than a seller one and everything was there so can't be too mad! More frustrating than anything. Would purchase again.
