Everything went wrong and is yet to be resolved!
I am extremely displeased by the service I received. I never received confirmation of my order. When it arrived by Fed Ex the dye lots were different and my order was incomplete.
I contacted you by email and your response was that you were unable to find my order, even though payment was taken from my credit card!!!
You asked for my telephone number, which I emailed immediately together with 2 photos - 1 of the parcel delivery showing my details and the second showing the different dye lots. To date you have neither acknowledged nor contacted me. I am very upset and feel let down as we leave on Wednesday 11 February to go to USA and I wanted to take it with me.

First off all paid 2-5 days postage waited more than a full week to get my delivery, second not all my orders was in the package, send it back for a refund what takes ages to get and they don't pay the full amount what I spent , cuz off the missing item what I paid and didn't send back, wow how I suppose to be when I never get them , worst experience ever, not ordering again , and will advise other people not to as well as they are not honest,or trustworthy

Horrible customer service - It’s been 4 working days and I have not received any updates regarding my order. Worse, I have been trying to cancel my order and have not received any reply or any form of assistance from customer service.
I will now have to contact the bank to see if I can get my money back!
