I paid for home delivery, didn't get it
I paid for home delivery. I had to pick up my order at some podunk grocery store in the middle of nowhere. I guess posti won't do home delivery. I probably won't order from you again.

Bad customer care
The customer service is unbelievably bad. Even a scammerlike.
I’ve ordered 20 balls of yarn. They only have 19 with the same LOT number, so they asked per email if it’s ok to send one ball with a different LOT. It was ok, I answered this to their email as they advised me to do.
The problem is that apparently nobody reads my answer and I get a badly translated email every day asking the same question, is it ok that the lots don’t match. Now they are cancelling my order as they are „unable to reach me.“
This whole process has taken so long that even if I some beautiful day get the balls, I will never order anything from them ever.

I ordered cotton and t-shirt yarns
I ordered cotton and t-shirt yarns. One of the cotton yarns were wrong color (6x yarn skeins). Also the t-shirt yarn had major damage and black spots in the yarn, which were light blue and pink, so it looked damaged. I made a reclamation of it but I did not get an answer in a week. Usually they answer in a few days but when you have a reclamation they won´t bother.
