I feel cheated.
I ordered 1.5 kg of pick and mix for 711 SEK with 24 different flavors. One flavor was missing 8 pieces. I contacted them and they replied with "sorry, here's 20% off your next order." I asked for either the missing pieces or a refund for them. It's been a month now, and despite reaching out three times, I've received no response. They took my money but didn't deliver all the products I paid for. It's disappointing that a well-known company like Lindt allows this kind of treatment. While most of the product was good, the customer service was poor, and overall I feel cheated. 2.5 stars if I could give that. I will not be buying from them again.
