Not able to handle complexity, not worth the hype

Promises 7,500 credits and I only got 5,000. Keeps breaking. I've written to customer support twice but I never heard back from them. It's okay for uber simple automations but for anything complex, it's rubbish. The Agent builder was as ignorant as I was and testing and learning stuff while calmly using my credit. It's a good idea but the execution is poor and the absence of customer support is just unacceptable.

It make the Website great

It make the Website great, with full functional backend and understand my request well. But the main problem i am facing is that some requests get's crashes. Like it loads for hours. Tried to email them, but did not get any response. I want them to fix this issue.

Clearly a scam

Clearly a scam. Their AI agent burnt through over 2000 paid credits, just to decide it wasn’t right and delete everything, without asking, puttng me back to scratch and requiring more money for credits to redo it all. I have had far more success using free Gemini and DeepSeek

1000+ tokens just to be able to log in…

1000+ tokens just to be able to log in using computer use. really bad

Can't even book a call with them to get a demo because they want us to promise $1,500 for a custom AI Agency or else "sorry can't book calendly at this moment"

Almost never i write a review

Almost never i write a review. But this company is so annoying its insane. Support is horrible. Unsubscribed from there email list i think 15 times now and still they keep going with there fk emails everyday. Really a worthless company and there ai caller also doesnt work at all.

People please dont do anything with this company.

I spent $100 on Lindy and wanted to…

I spent $100 on Lindy and wanted to have Support. I contacted Support like 10 times but never got a reply. Also I’ve unsubscribed from their email list like 10 times and they still send me marketing emails which is illegal.

Avoid at All Costs, Especially as a Marketing Agency

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Lindy AI has been so damaging to my local business that I feel compelled to share.

I signed up for their custom AI agent service with high hopes, but it has been nothing short of a disaster. The communication from their team has been virtually non-existent—especially when I requested to opt out of my contract. Instead of honoring that, they insisted I stay locked in for 12 months, even knowing I was extremely unhappy with the results.

The AI agent repeatedly emailed the same leads 2–3 times—even after they had opted out or clearly stated they weren’t interested. This wasn’t just a minor glitch. It cost me 5 clients and damaged my reputation in my tight-knit community. In a small town, word spreads fast, and I’m still hearing about the poor outreach months later.

Despite sourcing all my new deals myself since, the bad taste remains. This isn’t just a tech hiccup—it’s a service quality and accountability issue.

If you’re a local business owner who values your brand and reputation, avoid Lindy’s highest-tier service at all costs. It's not worth the risk, and you may find yourself stuck in a long-term contract while trying to recover lost trust.

They will not let me out of my contract.

They're unbelievable

They're unbelievable. You can't delete your account (it just keeps loading forever). They're trying to rip you off even though you never subscribed for anything. This will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

One of the worst customer support I've encountered

I've been a power user of Lindy.ai for almost 4 months now and I was very happy with the offering and even recommended it to anyone I work with.

Recently I had some billing issues that prevented me from using the service so I've reached out to support. Except from one reply, two weeks ago, that didn't resolve the issue I haven't heard back from them at all. I've sent several emails, wrote to their CEO on Linkedin and nothing at all. I've been ignored and the issue was not resolved.

Update 20/05/25: I've tried downgrading my plan and I cannot do that without Lindy.ai's support help and they are not returning my emails.

Update 21/05/25: Lindy's support downgraded me to the free tier without asking me first and essentially took away all the paid credits I have. They are not replying on Slack.

Exceeded My Expectations!

I was skeptical at first, but this AI platform is the real deal. I was able to automate repetitive tasks and free up my team for higher-value work.
