Been a member for about 8 years - it's a beautiful way to gently move daily without the pressure of going to a gym or reformer class. The workouts are challenging even though I said gentle. Robyn and team are gentle and just so lovely to work with (on my device :-) ) Love Lindywell. I come and go a bit but when I come back to it, I always feel my muscles switching on and even 10-15 minutes a day DOES actually work! It's good for the soul, good for the body.

Workout are very well explained how to perform them...the guess work is done for you as your workouts are chosen for you but you can switch them up if need...they is a variations are great...

I love that I can have workouts at home; the workouts are effective yet don’t take much time. I can get 10 minutes in and it makes me feel so much better. I am feeling better just after a couple of weeks.

Right from day one, I knew this was a perfect program for me. I will soon be 70 and was a fitness instructor when I was much younger. I know what a good fitness program is, I just never get around to doing it myself or going to the gym. I love the fact that I can do Lindywell workouts in my home and that there is a calendar of workouts that focuses on different parts of my body. I can always find time for 15 or 30 minutes for myself. So far, I have only done workouts led by Robin. I love that she is positive and provides adaptations. After not having worked out for many years, I need to go slowly and do what I can. I am never made to feel badly about myself for not keeping up and always feel encouraged and proud of what I have done. I also appreciate the extra workouts that I can do whenever if I want to push myself to do a bit more. For me, these workouts provide a well rounded fitness program that I look forward to doing every day. I can see myself maintaining this commitment for a long time. Many thanks to Robin and Lindywell for helping me get back in shape and maintain my flexibility, balance, and strength.

I have been with Lindywell for several years and the variety of workouts pertaining to every part of your body is a blessing, along with the varied class times to fit everyone's schedule. Robin takes personal interest in everyone's issues, problems and concerns and tries to rectify them or recommend a remedy. Her staff is wonderful as well, always answering questioning emails and offering their pilates abilities too.

This is the first program I have stuck with. It is a well rounded program that focuses on overall wellbeing and not so much on ability. The positivity on doing what one can over shaming for what one can't do is such an encouragement. The short, intense workouts fit great into my busy days and I feel so accomplished with each day's achievements. Thank you!

Exercises that are great for the pelvic floor! They challenge you but are gentle enough that your body is not hurting, just a bit sore the next day, but feeling strong and accomplished. I appreciate the exercises being short and sweet so I know I can squeeze one in my day no matter how busy my day is.

A brilliant resource which I use regularly.
Brilliant weekday, year round, Pilates workouts set on the gorgeous beach of Santa Barbara. On the many grey days we have here in the UK, seeing & hearing the beach & waves is so uplifting.
So many varied workouts in achievable time frames.
Robyn & other instructors give clearly explained & demonstrated instructions which are so easy to follow & really do give results if done regularly; they certainly help with my back issues.
I always feel better after doing a workout & hearing the words “you’re done for the day”!
Your membership includes so much for a very reasonable amount of money.
As well as a huge catalogue of workouts that you can access whenever you like, there are recipes, breath-work exercises & some very meaningful health & well being articles.

I like that the instructors are very relatable and they seem to really enjoy what they do.
I like that you have a range of workouts so I can choose how I feel that day.
Sometimes I wish there was music to accompany the workouts, but the seeing the ocean is nice too:)

I love being able to sort by length or type of workout; there is such a great variety included. I appreciate the suggestion to include a breathing session after each workout. I am finding that I’m using the app even more often than I thought I might.

I like the daily workout calendar. I know what to do and how long it will take. If I miss a day, I can go back and do it on the weekend.
Robin is VERY friendly, encouraging, motivating, and reassuring. I like how she is efficient with time by not talking too much before the workout or between exercises.
I would like to see more with weight training as a way to keep/build strength and preserve bone density.

I love my time on the mat with Robyn, and her team! The app is amazing with the huge variety of workout options and stress relieving mindfulness exercises! While I’m exercising with Robyn, I actually feel that she can see me! “Relax your shoulders”…exactly when I needed to do just that!

I am 77 and have been doing pilates for several years. It’s the one exercise I enjoy and feel successful doing. It can be as challenging as you need. I like it because the sessions are 30 minutes or less, but I can do more than one session if I want. I also like the breath work.

Robin is friendly and grounded. The whole way she does the workout helps to encourage you to stick with it both in the moment of the exercise and to keep coming back day after day. I appreciate that the app tracks when I've completed a workout for that day which is motivating for me to keep doing it. I also like that the workouts are picked for me on Monday-Friday to reduce decision fatigue. This app/workout program was also significantly cheaper than all the other options I had looked into so it is a fantastic deal.

I love this program. I have worked out for years at home using different programs and I have liked them all. However, this one is my favorite. Some of her cues have made such a different in the effectiveness of moves. While the bulk of the workouts are Pilates, there is also strength training, barre, and meditations. There are recipes as well. I haven’t tried any, but it’s on my to do list. I love her calm approach as well as such effective and efficient workouts.
