Linea Aligners

I chose Linear to straighten my teeth and had a great experience from start to finish. The process took about 12 months (Tier 2) with refinements to make my smile look great but fuctional for my bite.
My partner dentist Dr Nikka was fantastic—super honest, clear, and supportive the whole way through.

The aligners themselves were really comfortable. I had attachments on my teeth to help with movement, but they were barely noticeable—even when I was wearing the aligners, most people had no idea.

I’m really happy with how everything turned out and I'd definitely recommend Linear to anyone looking at aligners.

5 stars for linea

The process was easy and experience was great. Never any dramas or issues, great to deal with. The Customer service was excellent, very thorough and the dentist I saw, Dr Lena at Mieli Dental care was excellent! Couldn't recommend her enough. The results were very good and I am happy with how my teeth look now!

The Linea process was easy and gets results

The Linea process was easy, simple and works well. As a hybrid dentist/ online approach it’s the best of both worlds. A dentist overseas treatment and ensures you remain on track but for the most part you check in online. I am very happy with the result in just under 12 months. Cost wise it’s comparable to. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I can’t recommend Linea Aligners…

I can’t recommend Linea Aligners enough! 5 stars all around for my experience. It’s an incredibly affordable and convenient way to straighten your teeth, with the added reassurance that the entire process is monitored by your own dentist - Dr Nikka, you rock!! The results have been amazing—my teeth are looking better than ever, and the aligners have been super comfortable and easy to manage. The team at Linea has been professional, supportive, and always quick to answer any questions along the way on the app. If you’ve been thinking about straightening your teeth, this is your sign—go with Linea!

Easy process, incredibly happy with the results

From start to finish to process of Linea has been smooth and easy, I had worn braces in my early high school years and did not keep up with wearing my retainers at night, over many years my teeth had shifted enough to be noticeable so I wanted them corrected. When starting to look into what would work best for me, I filled in the Linea questionnaire and was contacted by a representative within 24 hours. David talked me through the process and I quickly decided this was the right choice.

I saw Dr Lena who was absolutely incredible, I’m not great with dentists yet she made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what she was doing. She is very popular so if you require a weekend appointment it is best to request one well in advance so it doesn’t delay the process. I also saw Dr Sabiha who was just as friendly and knowledgeable so no matter who you get, it’s sure to be a pleasant experience.

All the appointments are made through Linea so the team is always communicating with you, from photo updates to checking in to see how your appointment has gone. If you have any questions someone will always be ready to respond

I am incredibly happy with the results, my smile is straight again and I was able to get them whitened which has made all the difference

Absolutely loved my results with Linea

Absolutely loved my results with Linea! It was an extremely easy process and the team was very responsive & acknowledged my concerns promptly and kindly! The dentists I was working with were extremely lovely and super supportive during my appointments and I loved how linea would also remind you of these appointments. Overall I’m extremely happy with my results and would recommend to anyone looking for any kind of smile adjustments!

I found out about Linea on instagram…

I found out about Linea on instagram and within minutes of making an inquiry I got a call explaining the whole process and had an appointment organised with a dentist 2 weeks later. It was great being able to message the linea team with any questions and they were super responsive. It’s also great that the whole process is partnered with a knowledgeable dentist that you can easily reach to. What I also love is Linea is an Australian company and is super affordable.
Overall the process took longer than I expected but I’m super happy with the results.

Very happy with my results!

Could not have been happier with my results. The process was seamless and I received guidance from the Linea team for any issues all throughout. Communication was always quick and helpful through the mobile app.
The dentist checkups also made all the difference as they were able to properly assess my teeth and answer any questions I had.

Great communication and great results

Great communication and very transparent with costs, appointments and what is included. The app communication was good too and Dr Chew in Perth was brilliant! He was always on time, very helpful and explained everything. Highly recommend Linear as their cost is better than most for what is included- consult, scans, cleans, fitting appointments, aftercare treament plans etc

Excellent experience

I started with Linea in August 2023. They first manufactured 8 sets of aligners, in April 2024 I received another 8 sets. I was out of Australia for some time, that’s why it took longer for me than usual.
And the last 6 sets was given to me around October 2024 and now in February 2025 I am done with the treatment. It has been a wonderful experience with them, my teeth look much better, straighter and nicer. I might need to restart the treatment in case the bite doesn’t settle and Linea will support me. Also, Linea team introduced me to a wonderful dentist in Melbourne, Frank in Abbotsford Dental Clinic.

new smile

new smile. Affordable and a worth my under two year journey. Even from the start they organised all my appointments with a trusted dentist at Indooroopilly Dental Suite. They were available for my questions and were able to fix my concerns in a timely manner. Unfortunately my dentist was unavailable during the end of my journey but Linea is partnered with certified dentists around Brisbane and was able to book me an appointment easily. Would highly recommend it!

Don’t go through linea

Iv always wanted to have straighter teeth but never wanted braces and Invisalign was too expensive. I came across linea on instagram when it came up as an ad and decided to look into it (I never believe insta ads)! I tried to find some info about and couldn’t really find anything on it but the price seemed really good! I decided to take there online quiz where then someone will contact you about it, they will ask you about your teeth and tell you it’s fine, they want you to book a consultation in where you have to pay a $50 deposit but it gets refunded back if you show up to the consult! I booked my consultation and decided to give it a go as they had been very confident that linea could help with my teeth, I paid $300 dollars for my consult on the day, didn’t hear back from linea for a week to then be called back by the dentist I went to to then be told I’m not a good candidate and to go through Invisalign! Iv now wasted $300 dollars for a useless consultation and to not even be contacted by linea at all to let me know! Dont go through linea unless you pretty much have straight teeth and just need a little adjustment as they can’t help! It’s all a money scam and that’s probably why I couldn’t find anything about it apart from the 2 influencers on tik tok that started off with straight teeth anyway! look into Invisalign where there guaranteed to be able to help you! Linea is trash

Unfortunately, we are unable to find anyone by the name of Zerah Lawly in our system so we are unable to respond to your review in more detail, however if you could contact us with the name you used for your appointment or reach out to us via the Linea app then we will be able to investigate properly and would be happy to discuss your case with you in more detail.

Generally speaking, we can typically treat most cases with our aligner system, however unfortunately sometimes there are cases that fall outside of our scope and fixed tiered pricing. Rejecting cases is not something we do lightly - whilst we would like to treat every patient, we sometimes choose not to treat certain patients due to our commitment to give each one of our patients a safe and effective treatment outcome. We believe in being transparent and we will not offer a treatment plan if we do not think our product is suitable – we do not prioritise economic gains over the health of prospective patients.

To determine whether or not a patient is “in scope” for treatment requires a consultation with one of our partner dentists ($300) which includes: A full oral exam, 3D scans, X-rays, and intraoral photos. Please note, we do not make any money from this appointment. Detailed information on our process and pricing can be found here: https://www.lineaofficial.com.au/aligners/pricing/ This is conveyed and explained to each prospective patient prior to booking.

If it is determined that your case falls outside of our treatment scope, then the dentist will either refer you to an orthodontist or offer an alternative treatment like metal braces or Invisalign.

We would also like to address a couple of points of yours:

1. “$50 deposit” – This is a booking deposit we take on behalf of the dental clinic. As long as the appointment is attended on the day or cancelled 48 hours before, then it will be refunded to you.

2. “Wasted $300 on a useless consultation” – At the consultation you are provided with a thorough oral examination, 3D scans, x-rays and intraoral photos. These diagnostics help the dentist analyse your case to determine the best treatment option for you and they are also yours to keep in the future.

3. “Not contacted by Linea” – If a patient is not suitable for Linea it will be the treating dentist who will give you a call as they are the medical professional who performed the examination and will be able to discuss with you in detail the reasons for being out of scope, as well as offer any alternative treatment options like braces or Invisalign. We are also always available to discuss this further with patients.

4. “Don’t go through Linea unless you pretty much have straight teeth and just need a little adjustment as they can’t help” – the alignment process is very complicated and whilst we strive to assist all patients, there will be some cases that we are unable to treat. It is far more complicated than whether a patient only needs “a little adjustment”, and there are many factors which our dentists and in-house specialists consider in our decision-making process.

5. “It’s all about a money scam and that’s probably why I couldn’t find anything about [Linea]” – We do not receive any money for the initial consultation with the dentist. The consultation includes a variety of services and unfortunately our partner dentists are unable to provide such services for free. Further information on Linea can be found on our website along with various review sites (Google, TrustPilot, Smile Prep, New Mouth) and so information about Linea is readily available.

I finally have a smile I always wanted

I had an amazing experience using Linear teeth aligners! The whole process was incredibly easy and smooth. Dr. Lena was very attentive, explaining every step clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch—every question I had was answered quickly and with clear information. I also loved using the app, which made everything even more convenient. The entire journey was a breeze, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my new smile! I highly recommend Linear to anyone considering teeth aligners.

Great Experience and Results

I have had an amazing experience with my journey of getting straighter teeth with Linea. Couldn't be any happier and will definitely recommend this!

Dr Ian has been amazing since my very first consultation. He clearly explained what the process involved, potential risks (if any) and answered all my questions.

In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical because Linea seemed quite affordable in comparison with other well known brand out there. Apart from price point, another key factor that made me chose Linea was I did not have to pull out a single tooth to achieve what I was after! Of course, this will vary case by case.

Overall my care plan took 1.5 years (with a few adjustments along the way) instead of initial prediction of 8-9 months. Linea team has been with me throughout the journey and always available to answer questions that I have. Monthly check ups were done via uploading photos in Linea app worked for me. Any necessary face-to-face follow up checks with Dr Ian were booked by the team with most costs covered within the plan.

Thanks again Linea and Dr Ian! Now I can confidently smile without being self conscious showing my teeth anymore.

Great Results

I have been wanting to straighten my teeth for a few years but could not find an affordable solution.
Linea aligners proved to be affordable and gave me the results I wanted. The aligners are comfortable to wear and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Always someone ready to answer any questions.
I love my results and I feel comfortable again to smile in photos.
I highly recommend Linea 👌

Linea are excellent

I engaged with Linea in 2023 after receiving a recommendation. David took the time to talk with me on the phone about my circumstances, and explained the whole process, the business model (I was initially skeptical as the cost was significantly lower than the big brands like Invisalign etc), what my options were, and made sure I was comfortable with everything.

The dentist I attended was plenty of experience working with Linea and was great at their job, and was able to provide feedback on any of my concerns.

I had to pause/delay my treatment about 80% of the way through due to my wedding, and a 3 month overseas work trip, and both the dentist and Linea were accommodating and supportive. Honestly, in all aspects and for the duration of the treatment Linea has given nothing but outstanding customer service.

I am extremely happy with both the process and the end result, and cannot recommend Linea highly enough. Genuinely a good customer experience.
