Outstanding

Outstanding customer service in initial enquiries; accommodating and helpful ensuring purchasing was easy.
Extremely happy with pillows , very soft with malleable volume: ideal. The hypoallergenic materials very useful.
Arrived quickly, suitably packaged and economically priced.
On the label attached with the washing instructions , it states made in Ireland.

Same experience as all the above…

Same experience as all the above unfortunately. Spent over €500 thinking I had Christmas presents and new house sheets sorted. Got an email 2 days after the order saying it was shipped. Website says it ships from Dublin and takes about 72 hours. 2.5 weeks pass, still no sign so I emailed and was told some pillows wrre out of stock. They offered a different color and I said yes, then I got another email saying that actually the whole set I ordered was out of stock, again asking did I want another color. I was done trying at this point and asked for a refund. Still not received so we will see how long this takes. Never again will I try order from here

BEWARE….MADE IN ISRAEL

I HAVE BEEN A HAPPY CUSTOMER OF LINEN BUNDLE IRELAND FOR SEVERAL YEARS.
HOWEVER I NOTICED RECENTLY ON THE SHEET LABELS THAT THE GOODS ARE MADE IN ISRAEL.
I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN WHILE THIS IS THE CASE.WILL ALSO SPREAD THE WORD WITH EVERYONE I KNOW.
LINEN BUNDLE, SHAME ON YOU.

Refusing production information

I saw some comments on here about products being made in Israel, so I emailed customer services to request more information. They refused. I wanted to know who they work with and where, and whether the current conflict has had any influence on this. After several unforthcoming messages, I also asked to escalate the issue to a manager. No response.

Have not purchased anything as a result.

Luxury?

Unlike others I did receive my order, however, the 'luxury' bedding was thin and flimsy. I am the granddaughter of a master weaver. I grew up with the best linens out there, and this one was NOT luxury and definitely not worth the money.
I contacted the seller the next day, and was told they could not take the bedding back as it was washed. Only after I said I would return it via PayPal as a significantly not as described item and get my money back this way, did they budge and refunded my money after I provided them with proof that I mailed the items back.
Not at all what they say it is.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed order in January, it's now April and no delivery. Being told over and over, no stock yet the stock is available to buy on the website. I have seen identical reviews from other buyers. Trying to get a refund but nothing yet. I would go as far as to say they are scamming you out of your money by continuously taking orders when they are fully aware they do not have the stock to honour those orders.

Avoid

Avoid. Same as other reviews. I place an order back in November for several items. Only got parts of it back then. Still waiting for the rest if my order. Keep contacting them about this. They keep telling stories that they were out of stock but delivery will be end of November. Then they said it will be end of December. Then it was stuck in customs but will definitely be shipped before end of January. Now it is still out of stock and they will let me know when they know when they get stock back in. Heard nothing back since. It's now February and still no delivery. At the same time the items I'm waiting for are still being sold on their website saying it will be shipped 14th February. Trying to get my money back now but no success yet.
AVOID them, spend your money somewhere else. It is really not worth it.
