I had a very disappointing experience with linenme. My order was shipped more than a week late and only after I contacted them to ask about the status.

When the item finally arrived, the color was noticeably different from what was shown on the website, so I returned it. The seller received the return weeks ago but only processed the refund after I followed up again.

Even more concerning, I was refunded €263.98 instead of the €281.96 I originally paid, with no clear explanation. I had been told the return label would cost €5.99, yet €17.98 was deducted from my refund.

Overall, the product did not match the listing, the shipping and refund were delayed, and the final refund amount was incorrect. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience!!

I really like the table linen, the quality, the packaging, the information and the whole process (contact, ordering, delivery) were great. The philosophy of this company is impressing. I will be ordering again!
