I really love the idea of the outfit, but they sent me the wrong size and won't take accountability for it.
They sent me the size I ordered in the skirt, which fits quite well (size small). However, they sent me a top with the size tag cut off of it and it's definitely NOT a size small (probably an XL). It's so shady that they sent a top with the tag cut out. Like they KNEW they were sending the wrong size. I contacted customer service to alert them that they sent the wrong size and they were completely unhelpful. they first offered me $8. When I said that was not a good solution, they offered me $11 and would not do anything else. All I wanted was for them to send me the correct size shirt which I originally ordered. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's so sad because I liked this look of this outfit very much, but I will not order from them again due to the awful customer service.

Products did arrived packaged well but very Infetior products.. When attempting to contact customer service for returns, the email for customer service does not exist. Don't purchase from this company!

This company is a scam!!!! Their products are not linen. It comes from CHINA. Worst quality , worst customer service . They ignore you and don’t take any return

Awful experience. The materials are plastic and when you ask them to send them back they make you send the package in China, which costs a lot, much more than the value of the items.
Don't buy from this store, it's a scam.

They are scammers.The clothes are junk.They keep threatening me that if I return the clothes to China they will get lost or seized by customs;finding an excuse to not give my 100$ refund.They offered 10$ (they keep 90$) so I don't return the clothes.DO NOT ORDER!

Ordered a dress but it didn’t fit properly. The website instructs you to contact customer service first before returning. I did so and explained I would like to return it because it was the wrong size and to please provide with return address. They said you can pay $20 for another size. I then said I wanted to return it and asked again for return address and they have not replied.

Appalling service, do not order unless you are certain you have correct size. Useless and poor communication.

My worst experience ever with customer service. I still want to return my items and they don’t send me anything to do so. Don’t reply to my emails. Refunds policy doesn’t work.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I didn't receive my order, they told me I had to pay more money to have my order!

I replied asking them to make a claim with the shipping company and send me a new order. I run an online shop so I am well aware this is easy to do and keeps the customer happy!

They ignore my emails about it so I will go to the bank and claw my money bank that way.

Clothing is very low quality and does not look as depicted. The sizes are not true either. I am currently trying to return but I have gotten no response from the company.

Clothes are ok - I would have bought from them again but I wanted to send two dresses back for another size and they refuse to give return information. It has taken me 10 days of emailing almost daily and they replied today that they will give me $10 to keep the items that I paid $80 for and not return them.

After reading these reviews I didn‘t expect much from my order. But I was pleasantly surprised. The two pieces that already arrived are quite good quality. The materials don‘t match the ones declared on the website, but they look very similar to the pictures. I would not buy again because I assume the working circumstances are not good and the high co2 emissions of the shipping from china. But I hope the third piece will arrive soon and surprise me like the others did.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It took 4 weeks for the shirt and skirt to arrive, when it did, it was nothing like the picture at all. Poorly made and had a funny odor. These goods are made in China. I saw their ad on FACEBOOK. Next time I will be a lot more careful to check reviews before I buy anything from a seller on FB.

Dreadful customer service, product quality extremely poor and sizing not standardised. Company in china which is where returns have to be sent which makes it uneconomical to send products back. They are counting on this to keep your money. Do not buy from them.

SCAM, cheap material, no returns accepted, noone answeing the emails.

They will not return email for return lable. Stuck with cheap made and poorly fitting clothes!

Do not buy from this company. Their clothing is cut extremely small. I bought what seemed like a cute linen off the shoulder classy dress. I’m a size 8 jeans / 10 dress. I ordered an extra large and it was tight.. To return an item, you have to email them first. I emailed them three times about returning their product, but no one got back to me. What a scam !

Total scam. Clothes were not sized correctly. Inferior material than advertised. Disgusting customer service. No refund given despite it saying in their policy, and no one answering emails. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

A lot has already been said here and it’s all true. Expectation and reality do not match. Yes, what they send is similar to the picture on the website, but the material and tailoring are just terrible. You won't want to wear this. They can't be returned back. The company responds to your letter once and then disappears. No phone numbers or addresses. Thank you for sending at least something. I will now read more carefully about the company, return conditions and their contacts.

Would not recommend. I’ve been trying to return something for weeks and they haven’t replied to me.
