Great colour selection & linen thickness

Great bed sheets - love the colour selection as well as the thickness of their bed linen products. Love the fact they're producing everything in Europe

Nice products, would order here again.

Nice products, clear shop & good support. Personally i'd like to see them to use thicker linen for most products, but there's always a gram/m2 information, so that's okay.

Scam - order claimed as delivered without any way to locate package

Be careful: Customer service claims that order was delivered eventhough is was signed for by an unidentifiable name. This is not a neighbors name and I cannot identify who supposedly has my package.

They are refusing to refund and are claiming that I should have provided an appartment number, eventhough in germany these do not even exist. Unfortunately highly unprofessional.
