3/4 days for delivery
I received my invoice which says delivery takes 3-4 days... from what day does the 3-4 day count? They promise everything when we buy, then when they receive the money they don't even send an email to inform us that they are late with the delivery.

Firstly the company web address ends .co.uk but is actually based in Italy (mis-leading) warning to buyers -beware of stated delivery times (double check before making purchase) I Bought a pair of Jallatte Jalmudo boots, Advert stated `lined with Silktane, ensuring the foot remains dry at all times' However, 2 mins in a puddle and two wet feet!? (I felt their ad was inaccurate & misleading) -contacted Lineonline, no interest or emphathy regards my complaint. They do respond and respond promptly but you have little chance of a return/refund etc. In fairness, if you was to buy something and it turned up as stated, intact and the right size etc. then great, all good, but if there was a problem.. don`t expect much help😕 ..lots of other retailers out there, is it worth the risk?

The manufacturer reviewed the case and confirmed that the product is in line with its technical specifications and that there were no grounds to consider it a manufacturing defect. In these situations, the manufacturer’s technical evaluation is the only one that can be considered definitive, and we are required to follow it.
We understand that this outcome may not be what you were hoping for, but we want to be honest: even though our assistance is quick and precise, in this specific case we had to adhere to the manufacturer’s final decision.

Misleading information, Shipping issue
I ordered a pair of shoes, and the whole experience has been very frustrating. The website stated that shipping would take 3–4 days, which was very misleading. After placing the order, I found out that there was no option to cancel, and the actual shipping time would be 20+ days after purchase. At that point, I wasn’t even sure I would still need the item.
I tried contacting customer service through the AI chat and by email, but I haven’t received any response yet. I’m still waiting to see how they will handle this before I dispute the payment on my end.
Overall, this was a big hassle. The website should clearly state that items take more than 20 days to ship, not including delivery time, which could make the total wait close to a month. This lack of transparency is very disappointing.

I would also like to clarify the shipping situation. The item was not in immediate stock, so before we could process the order we had to wait for the manufacturer to restock it. As soon as the product became available again, we handed the parcel over to the courier on 17/12, in order to meet the delivery date shown on our website, which was 24/12.
Unfortunately, during this period couriers may experience delays, and tracking updates may not always be frequent. In any case, we have already followed up with the courier and we are constantly monitoring the shipment until it is delivered.
