Terrible service from . I received my official line in a damaged box from 'First4Fishing' with label ripped. It had clearly been returned many times and half the product was missing. I messaged the seller who trades under 'First4Fishing' selling on eBay who has this website 'lineandlures.co.uk'  pictures and got a reply that I have to choose in the owners own words 'either ordered by mistake or changed mind' he also stated if I did not say this then 'I will not get a return label or refund!'. This is clearly very misleading fraudulent incorrect and disgraceful this seller is manipulating customer complaints on eBay. I reported him to eBay he said "ok" when i informed him.

Firstly, I will edit this review due to the company involved trying to con their way out of negative reviews. As can be seen by the other review of this company on Trust Pilot - First4Fishing and Lines and Lures are the same business with the same business address. Both companies business address is Unit 12. Moy Road Industrial Estate Taffs Well CF15 7QR. When you google "First4Fishing Trust Pilot" it comes up with the lines and lures page because that is the internet address of 'First4Fishing'. They don't have an internet address for the first4fishing domain because they are dishonest full conmen. If you look at the 'First4Fishing' facebook page, their cover photo clearly has both company names displayed.

Ordered a Gardner ATTs underlit bite alarm from this seller on Amazon - they are actually called "First4Fishing" as can be seen on the website. They listed the underlit version, stated that this version replaced the original silent alarm - Amazon specific information stated "this is definitely the underlit version as confirmed by seller and product description". I received the original silent alarm - the one they say was replaced by the one they were actually listing for sale and which I purchased.

When I spoke with Amazon about this issue they confirmed that the listing was not an error and that the seller directly confirmed to them that it was the underlit version. First4Fishing are deliberately misleading customers.
