great Until you need to return
Have always loved this store but recently bought 2 bras that didn’t fit and I returned. Lingerie outlet claim not to have received my returned packet and no refund was received. A big loss for me. I won’t be using them again

Slow service.
Although I did eventually receive my item it took nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive. First order never arrived but was continually told I had to wait a minimum of 7 days. Eventually sent another item out, told with Royal Mail first class delivery (Royal Mail website says this is one day service) lingerie outlet store told me I had to wait 3-5 days.
Happy they sorted this out but I wouldn’t use again. Too much hassle and too many reviews similar to my own. Not worth it.

Waited over a week for the product , when I found up they informed me that they hadn’t paid the correct postage and that I needed to go to the post office to pay the additional £3.00

No parcel, no tracking details, no communication...
My order was supposedly dispatched on 16th September, but I have still not received it. In the original confirmation email I was given tracking details of a parcel sent to Moscow which is clearly not mine. I have emailed several times and replies take 24+ hours: I am now being told I must visit my local sorting office and ask my neighbours to see if they have the package! They seem to be waiting for me to report back to them that I've done their bidding: Why is the onus on the paying customer to find out where the parcel is, when the error is theirs for not providing proof that the parcel was ever sent in the first place! I've paid for goods that I haven't received, very poor customer service indeed.

Good items, slow returns
Items were delivered in good time. However, I have not received a a refund in over two weeks and have no confirmation that they were processing the return. I contacted the company who asked for the tracking number which I supplied but could also see it was delivered a while ago. I have had no contact since.
A real shame as everything else was so good I would have used them again but I don’t think I should have to chase for information.
Update* received an email apologising and stating the refund hasn’t now been processed. Hopefully my second return won’t be far behind (only returning due to multiple sizes)
