I’m so impressed with my order I have just received for my grandson. The clothes are beautifully made, super soft, and just perfect. Thank you very much to the team who was soo helpful and responsive. Delivery was fast, and the packaging was lovely.

We had a fantastic experience with Ling Lux. Their customer service team was amazing and very knowledgeable when it come to the design process of our cot, which made it a very easy process for us when choosing our design. The furniture arrived within the timeframe window they give us and it exceeded our expectations in quality and design. It is absolutely beautiful. They assembled the cot in our baby’s room free of charge which was a nice added personal touch.
Thank you once again, we can not recommend Ling Lux enough!

AVOID! My order came over 13 weeks after ordering (was supposed to be 8 weeks), the owner was blunt and unapologetic ignored me for weeks despite me explaining that my baby had already arrived. The items are beautiful however for the price you pay you would expect a 5 star experience however this was not the case I basically had to beg and chase the staff for my items to be sent, I explained to owner that this was really stressful for me as I wanted to just enjoy my time with my baby not worrying about when my items would arrive or if when they arrive will be they any use to me anymore, however she still failed to communicate professionally its a shame because I would have ordered more stuff in the future but now i would NEVER order from here again nor recommend.
