Lings - Honda Reviews 91

Would thoroughly recommend Lings, especially for their aftercare. We bought a second had car from them, not a Honda or Hyundai. It had a minor issue with a reversing sensor which they fixed only for another one to fail just as we picked the car up. There was also a fault with the aircon which only became evident after an hour or so in use. We live 2 hours away from Lings. Without any fuss Lings arranged for the car to go to a garage local to us to be quickly repaired at their expense.

From first contact the service was very professional with personal greeting video, followed by a personal video tour of the vehicle. The representative I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, and at no time did I feel pressurised or chased. The whole experience was quite relaxing!

They were most helpful and efficient with our speedy purchase of a second hand Jazz, being very accommodating with our rush to take delivery in order to visit a terminally ill friend.

Mark the salesperson at Lowestoft was the most helpful person we have had relating to car purchases. Nothing was to much trouble for him, answering any questions professionally and showing good knowledge of the products. In fact all of the sales people were friendly and helpful. Found the car in very good condition on exchange day (previous car dealerships fell down very badly on this). Would seriously consider this garage again and would recommend them highly.

Communication is terrible! Specially with one lady i can't say her name because Lings not let me to do it... I been told one week for parts delivery and there we are 20days and I have to push them all the time for answers...

From my first contact It was an enjoyable experience, I recieved help and explanations all through the process of buying a car during the Covid 19 rules and regulations. The salesman telephoned regulary in case I needed help or advice.The car i bought was very clean and looked as new. The salesman telephoneed yesterday just to make sure i was happy and to offer any help in the future.

I thought the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The sale exec clearly waylaid any fears I had as we currently in a pandemic and was really surprised how everything was contact free. I would highly recommend this company and of course Mark. Thank you Lings !

Great service. Very helpful. The young man who helped with the purchase of my new car couldn’t do enough for me. It was unusual buying a car in lockdown especially with me shielding but mark was more than helpful. Would definitely recommend lings garage Lowestoft.

We found the whole experience with Lings Motor group to be very comfortable and easy. We were treated with respect and offered an excellent deal all round. The staff were really friendly and made the 40 mile round trip worthwhile rather than our local dealers.
