Really friendly professional service. James was great. The videos of my purchase as it was being prepared and ready for collection were a nice touch. Really happy with all aspects of the service.

I just wanted to say thank you to Dave in your service department,
I popped in over last week with a potential warranty issue on our Tiger 900, Dave was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he took the time to understand the issue thoroughly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
What really stood out was the follow up call he made today to check that everything was working as it should, greatly appreciated!!

I've finally purchased a bike from Lings Watton. I've been back n forth both in store and online asking questions, checking costs/finance, trying bikes for size, getting advice. Every single member of the team has been super helpful throughout. Always made to feel welcome. After sales to date has been faultless to date. Cannot recommend highly enough.

These are a great bunch of guys and girls. So helpful and no hard sell, they honestly try to figure out how to help you. Harry at the watton branch was truly fantastic, arranging test rides, being professional when i changed my mind on things. Helped me decide what it was that I was really looking for. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Not the first time I purchase a used bike from LINGS. As a trade buyer I am glad when something of interest comes up on their website... The service is always very friendly and accommodating - (this time around , for the Indian 111ci it was Harry Spilman I chatted to) - I know they will do all they can to give me all the information I need to complete the purchase and help me pricewise as well if they can. I have bought a number of bikes from them over the years and I would only describe the experience with 5 friendly stars!

Purchasing the bike was a good experience, but bike arrived with a fault and the after sales experience was very poor.

Great communication loved the videos that were sent through really helped and built up the excitement, Harry went above and beyond and done everything he could to deliver the bike in good time. good honest descriptions of the bike, it’s amazing condition, can definitely recommend Lings had a great experience,

Brought a second hand Honda from Lings. I dealt with Harry. Throughout the process he was always in touch and keeping me posted on how everything was progressing. I wasn’t able to visit so he sent through a few walk around videos which were great. Bike arrived today, had it delivered. So pleased with it!
