One of the things that makes Norfolk Triumph so great is you are always treated like a friend. When you enter the shop they are really welcoming, but not over bearing, there for you when you have a question, not chasing you around trying to sell.

All the staff are knowledgeable, they made buying a real pleasure. Once my new bike made it to the shop, they took no time at all getting ready to be collected. Great customer service.

Great experience with Harry at Triumph Watton. Helpful, knowledgable and overall fantastic sales experience from initial enquiry on the phone through to riding a new purchase out of the showroom. All questions answered and he went the extra mile to get me out on new bike much quicker than expected!

Lings Watton recently serviced my Triumph 1200 Rally Pro and could not have been more accommodating in terms of the date, time, letting me use their WiFi and allowing me to work in their showroom whilst I waited.

I ordered my lovely brand new Triumph Speed 400 from Lings in Watton in March. James the sales executive was very helpful. My new bike was ready for me to collect three weeks earlier than expected. On the day of collection I received a short Video of the bike sitting in the showroom which I thought was a really nice touch. I found that all the staff at Lings in Watton were all very nice, polite and welcoming. Great job guys and I love my new Triumph. 😁

Following some issues with my Tiger the dealer rang me and immediately offered help and went out of his way to ensure that I was totally happy with my purchase.
A solution was agreed with minimal fuss and I am extremely grateful for the way this was dealt with.

I am so pleased that I got in touch with Lings Triumph at Watton. From the first contact all the way to taking delivery of my new bike, I was kept up to date and looked after. James ensured the whole process was smooth and I appreciate being one of the first to ride the Daytona 660.

Whenever I go into Lings either for a service MOT or just to have a look the staff there are always happy and make you feel welcome. The staff are always of a very professional manner and the shop is always very neat and tidy which makes it a pleasure to visit. This is my second time buying a bike from Lings and I'll definitely be back for a third when I'm ready to upgrade again. The service is always attentive without being pushy. The team are friendly and polite, and happy to give advice and make suggestions.
They also do a great job at keeping in touch with you and giving regular updates throughout the sales process.

Very nice showroom, plenty of bikes to look at and well layed out.
Harry sold me a new triumph, he was very helpful and couldn't have done any more for me, right from test ride to picking up my new bike.
Only thing that could be improved is parking.
