From start to finish
From start to finish, my experience has been 5 star. After being let down by my local private hospital a couple of times, I made enquiries with Linia and was seen and had my surgery within 3 weeks. I had a mummy makeover after losing 4 1/2 stone and everything went smoothly, my surgeons were very thorough and my before and after care has been brilliant. I have been contacted regularly by my patient co-ordinator Jane and surgeon Dr Aslam and whenever I have contacted him, he has got back to me quickly. At 9 weeks post op I’m really pleased with my results and can’t thank them enough for the transformation.

Negligence
Had surgery 2020. Removal and uplift. I've been left with terrible scars, sungazer nipples which poke out of bras, necrosis lumps and diagnosed PTSD. When I tried to share my story, seeking help I was threatened by the company.
After surgery I had messages ignored, calls ignored. I would NOT recommend this company based on my personal experience. I've only recently turned a corner with the trauma and reading back through my details has been traumatic.
This is NOT factually incorrect and I still have text messages, IP conformed, from the director at the time (A*d*) ordering me to not share my story to protect others. Please feel free Linea, to do as you wish. I will share my story, and I won't be intimidated.
I had surgery with Dr I. I can assure you, I was, unfortunately, a patient. Anyone considering them should join the Facebook BII group and post to ask for DMs from all impacted. People don't post publicly, as this company intimidate them.

I did a lot of research …
I did a lot (I mean a lot) of research before committing to Linia and I have zero regrets. My initial consultation was very thorough, I went in with a list of questions and didn't have to ask any of them because they had already been answered during the consultation. My consultant was lovely, supporting staff were lovely and the continuity has been 100%. All my consultantations were local to me and my consultant was present at every one. On the day of the surgery I was treated as a princess from the minute I arrived until the moment I left. Pre surgery I met the nurse looking after my care, the anaesthetist and my consultant. When I arrived in the theatre itself the care team were incredible we sang to music as I drifted off to sleep. I woke to no pain just very hungry and the food was incredible. I was discharged with a care package and medication of which I didn't use any of the painkillers only the antibiotics because I genuinely didn't have any pain. Now whether that is because I didn't go too big, my aim was always for my own body confidence and realistic to what was achievable. My recovery has been good, hard staying away from the gym but small steps to ensure a good outcome. I'm 3 months post surgery and have already seen my consultant and care team twice within that time and pleased to say they are very pleased with the result and my recovery. For me it has been the best thing I have every done for myself.

Jane from the first conversation via telephone to enquire about my Breast Augmentation till now 3 weeks Post op has been nothing but consistent communication, knowledgeable, understanding, reassuring and professional.
If it wasn’t for Jayne I probably wouldn’t have got the surgery done which I have no regrets. She was my back bone and I’m sure she will be for anyone else who is nervous about surgery’s.
My Surgeon Dr Azhar Aslam was very professional, knew what he was doing and made me feel very welcome and calmed my nerves before surgery. After Surgery he has constant communication via phone if you have any Questions after Surgery.
And most of all he did a fantastic job at making my breasts look the way I wanted.
Overall I could not fault my experience so far. I am a very happy.
Shout out to Dr Khalid Irshad for my first consultation. He was very knowledgeable and professional and told me everything I needed to know before making a decision on sizes, the surgery and prep before Surgery.

The aftercare is horrendous
The aftercare is horrendous! I had my surgery nearly a year ago and one of my implants has migrated really low and is causing me a lot of discomfort and pain. This is now affecting my mental health quite a lot and is giving me body dysmorphia. I have said this to my contact and surgeon multiple times. They suggested I had to go back to have another surgery to fix this which I was more than happy to do. Linia said they would send me a letter with all the potential dates for the new operation. This letter never came. I have been messaging my consultant/contact multiple times a week for an update on dates and I have had nothing back. I have now been asking for 5 MONTHS with no update on these dates. I have received no apology or explanation as to why I have not been given dates for surgery. Awful customer service.
Unsettling Experience and Unethical Practices at Linia
I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction and ongoing nightmare dealing with your clinic, particularly the behavior exhibited during my paid consultation on October 27th. Mojdeh Khoransy from your admin staff handled the session and, to my dismay, seriously downplayed the risks of the surgery. This misconduct is unacceptable and has left me deeply concerned. Allow me to outline the breaches that have transpired:
Misrepresentation of Risks:
Despite the document claiming that the risks were clarified by the doctor, it was the admin staff who covered them. This is a critical misstep, as Ms. Khoransy is not a medical professional. Her drastic downplaying of the risks, coupled with false and misleading information, is alarming.
Coercive Signing Tactics:
Ms. Khoransy, while verbally discussing the risks, had me sign the booklet in numerous places. Each time, she assured me that the mentioned risks were improbable and tied them to specific conditions or non-compliance with care guidelines. This deceptive approach is a clear red flag. Furthermore, the omission of information regarding the non-refundable £1000 in the signing process is both unethical and deceptive.
Payment and Booking Process:
The clinic's insistence on a £1000 deposit for surgery, coupled with the lack of a card payment option, raises serious concerns. The subsequent absence of an email confirmation for the booked surgery adds another layer of suspicion.
Refund Denial and Harassment:
Upon reconsideration, I promptly notified the clinic the next morning, expressing my decision not to proceed with the surgery. However, I was informed that the £1000 deposit is non-refundable, and to exacerbate matters, I received a harassing phone call from Ms. Khoransy. This unprofessional and stressful encounter is utterly unacceptable.
Document Transparency:
Despite multiple requests, the clinic has only shared the form outlining the non-refundable £1000 clause, neglecting to provide the complete set of documents I signed. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning.
In conclusion, my experience with your clinic has been nothing short of distressing. I urge caution to anyone considering your services, as it appears that financial gain takes precedence over patient well-being. The disregard for ethical practices and the harassing behaviour I have endured are unacceptable. I implore you to rectify this situation promptly by refunding the £1000 and providing the complete set of signed documents.
Failure to address these issues will undoubtedly lead me to explore legal avenues and share my harrowing experience with relevant authorities and the public.

Excellent results.
After much research, I narrowed down Linia as one of two potential clinics I had consultations with both and found the customer service to be outstanding with Linia. I had an initial conversation with Jayne, who was great and talked me through every step of the process. I then had a consultation with Dr Irshad who was extremely knowledgeable and really had my best interest at heart.
I was so happy with my experience that I booked in for surgery 2 weeks later.
Communication was phenomenal, Jayne has been with me every step of the way.
On arrival to the clinic on the day of surgery, I was truly surprised by how great the clinic was. Friendly staff that were welcoming, clean environment. I was able to select from a range of meals and drinks for post surgery.
The process was quick with discussions with my allocated nurse, anaesthetist and my surgeon. Surgery went well and I woke up in a nice recovery room with my nurse on hand to make sure I was ok. Once up and about which was literally within 20 minutes of waking I was provided with my meal and drink choices, the meal was very high quality and quantity was not an issue.
Dr Irshad checked on me and talked me through recovery as well as booking me in for my follow up appointment.
Dr Irshad really is phenomenal, I experienced minimal pain and my recovery was relatively easy.
I've had regular post op appointments with him and Jayne has still been on hand for any queries I have. I'm now 10 months post op and really couldn't be happier.
The team are great and always happy to help, I'm really happy with my results and would highly recommend Linia and Dr Irshad.

I have given 5 stars based my satisfaction with the end result and care I received. I had 360 degree liposuction in January 2023. Unfortunately I had a bad reaction to the dressing they used (very rare). I had months of post surgery treatment, nothing was too much trouble for them and the care I received was second to none. They even offered to come to my house if I couldn’t make it to the clinic.
Dr Irshad has to be one of the nicest men I have ever met. He was kind and attentive. In truth all the staff I met were very nice, from the nurses and anesthesiologist in London, to the staff in peterborough.
Jayne and Sobia, at the clinic, honestly couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
I highly recommend them, if only for the aftercare.

Well what I can say, the whole service I received from Linia Cosmetic surgery has been outstanding. I saw both consultants, they listened to what I was saying and gave me excellent advice. Jayne was just excellent, always there to answer any of my questions and concerns. The London clinic was excellent, I felt so at ease, there was no stress, communication was excellent, all the staff there were so kind and professional, the clinic location etc was lovely too. I would highly recommend Linia Cosmetic Surgery you are well looked after before, during and after surgery. Mr Irshad has made me feel great and the results are excellent, thank you all so much.
I couldn’t be happier with my boob job
I couldn’t be happier with my boob job! I was a 32A and was massively unhappy. I decided to book my consultation in for February and by the end of march I was going in for my surgery. I now have a the most perfect boobs at a 34C and I love them so much. They are so natural looking and I couldn’t be happier!!

Botched breast uplift - avoid!
I had a terrible experience with Linia. I was encouraged to have an uplift when having my breast implants removed, despite being told by other surgeons since that they cannot understand why this was recommended to me before seeing how my breast tissue settled afterwards. Both breasts have been lifted way too high with no real way of reversing this, and my areolas have been left the size they were when my breasts were 7 cup sizes larger, so they look horrendous on my smaller breasts.
When I asked Mr Irshad what could be done he started suggesting I had a cosmetic tattooer tattoo a "skin colour" over the areolas?! I still have text correspondence from his assistant to prove this.
Mr Irshad just kept reiterating that I'd had a "great result" despite me very clearly being left deformed. One of my breasts has an extremely obvious dent in the tissue which he also said wasn't a problem in his opinion and all he could suggest was a fat transfer but I'd need to pay for this myself. He also put me off complaining, assuring me that my breasts would need at least a few years to fully settle... well surprise surprise, they look even worse now! Surgeons should not be allowed to say this to patients, as they know full well you only have 3 years to bring a legal complaint against them and you can effectively timebar yourself from complaining by waiting.
To add insult to injury, I've been requesting my patient file via a DSAR for over 3 months now and they simply ignore my emails. I've had to report them to the ICO who've now opened an investigation. It makes the copy & paste statement they add to every negative review on here even funnier - they couldn't care less about GDPR, as proven by their handling of my data.
If you don't want to be left deformed and ignored after surgery, please pay a little bit extra money and go ANYWHERE else but here. I wish I could go back in time and choose another surgeon to put my trust in. The entire company should be ashamed of themselves for having this sort of impact on peoples' lives and refusing to take accountability.
EDIT: the fact you respond to every single 1* review to accuse the reviewer of lying and then hide behind GDPR as a way of not having to actually dispute anything, is deplorable. Don't accuse me of defamation as this is clearly an attempt to intimidate me into taking down my review. Every single word I have written is a factual account of my personal experience with your company, and the way you have failed to meet your requirements under GDPR and have completely ignored my requests for my patient file in recent months, speaks volumes. You have been reported to the ICO.

Before the surgery, super quick contact. After the procedure, not only did they tell me to leave the clinic the same day, an hour after the procedure, even though I felt very bad and was vomiting all the time. All I got from them was a clean paper hat to vomit into. And before the procedure, there was talk about staying there overnight. Additionally, they let me sign papers without an interpreter, and I don't speak English well. Moreover, they enlarged the breasts from size A to size B only, and they were talking about size C. When I asked for it after the procedure, I was laughed at by the doctor and his assistant as if I wanted at least size DD and I have not yet received an answer as to what to do next. . since I paid so much money, I expected the wow effect, the doctor told me to wear tight clothes so that it would be visible that I have breasts! None of my friends even noticed that I had my breasts done because I look the same in clothes as I did before the procedure when I was wearing a push-up bra, and we don't undergo such private, paid treatments so that the effect is not visible.

Overpayment NOT reimbursed
It's been approximately 18 months since my last surgery. I had to have revision surgery - the surgeon disagreed with my initial theory - that's OK, that wasn't the main issue. The main issue is... I over paid by £200. The advisor at the Global Clinic in Norwich assued me that the reimbursement would be delt with immediately. After a dozen messages and a dozen phone calls and emails, I haven't had anybody return my request. Complete avoidance. I have gone through my bank to request the reimbursement - no response. Citizens Advice Bureau have advised that I can take it to court but that would cost me more in the short term.
It's been a horrid, devaluing 18 months. I would not recommend this company at all. Its been a long list of hurdles. Essentially THEFT.

From day one of contacting Linia everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I was always made to feel comfortable and at ease with everything and the assistance has been spot on all the way through. I had my breast augmentation by Dr Khalid Irshad on 11.07.23, (I'm now 3 weeks post op) all the team I had contact with on surgery day were amazing, the anaesthetist made me feel super comfortable as that was what I was most nervous about. The recovery has been absolutely fine, with little to no pain and the scars are already looking very minimal. I am so happy with my results! Special mention to Jayne who has been amazing, answering all my questions in such a timely manner and been incredibly attentive. Can't thank them enough!
uplift and augmentation
I have just had an uplift and Augmentation with Linia, completed by Dr Khalid Irshad. I could not have been more looked after when at the surgery in London. The HCA (I don't remember his name but he was from Nepal) was so friendly and kind, the anaesthetist was equally very kind and relaxing. Dr Irshad was very kind and relaxed and made me feel at ease. I was not nervous in the slightest in their care. I have just had my post Op constulation with Dr Azhar Aslam who was equally as nice. The scars at this time (9 days) after operation are amazingly neat and I have experienced NO PAIN at all. I have been looked after throughout by Jayne who is very professional and always returned my calls or texts within the day. Dr Irshads clinic assistant (I forgot to take her name) was also very professional and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend Linia Cosmetic Surgery.
Very poor customer service
Extremely disappointing I had a consultation booked that took place 8th June 2023 via video link that was 45 minutes over appointment scheduled time ( I understand people run behind schedule but was not notified ) I was left sat waiting and had to contact them to be told they was running behind, I also chose Peterborough as chosen clinic to be told at the end of the call procedures take place in London at no point was I made aware of this and the website allows you to choose clinic listing different clinics but no one told me procedure is in London so this is very misleading and after paying a £50 consultation fee which it states all over there website book your FREE consultation which is also misleading because it is not free at all , after raising my issues I was advised I would receive a refund for consultation fee within 5-7 days and I am yet to still receive this and my emails are now being ignored and when I call just get advised I need to email extremely unprofessional and very poor customer service.
