Amazing service from the moment I went for my consultation and all the way to my post- op check up appointment!
Was messaged the day after my surgery to make sure I was doing well and was attended to so well on the day of surgery!

I had my surgery on 6th September and couldn’t be more happy. Dr Irshad, Jayne and Sobia have been so lovely, helpful and informative. Post op care has been very good and whenever I have needed anything Jayne has been so helpful over message.

My experience with Linia has been refreshing and excellent throughout my entire journey. The staff were professional and Mr Aslam and Mr Irshad are beyond helpful and reassuring at each step of the way. My results are everything that I've wanted and more.

I am shocked at the negative comments which certainly are not a true representation of this company or its staff members.

I have recommended Linia, Mr Irshad and Mr Aslam to whoever I know wanting cosmetic procedures and they are all very happy with their results and aftercare. I was provided with out of office contact details for answers to all my questions. No other company goves above and beyond to help their patients like Linia does.

Later edit: after linia having read my reviews, they called me today and made the refund straight away.
Even though linia doesn't officially admit that the facts are true, this has already been confirmed and apologised by a few members of staff. After the refund was made, someone else from linia called me and asked me to remove the review, but I told them that I will only edit it and say that I got my refund. The refund doesn't undo my experience and I hope as many people as possible will read it.
Linia, whilst people are waiting for too long in a waiting room, patients are making conversation and sharing experiences, that's what exactly happened when I have been waiting for 1:15 mins to be attended.

I do not recommend at all this surgery, avoid it at all costs!!!
I had booked a consultation with dr khalid irshad in September at 4:30PM. Bare in mind he might go under different forenames as he has a few forenames and used different forename at every surgery he worked for or he might simply introduce himself with the forename only.
I have paid for the consultation in advance £50 as per the policy. After waiting and waiting I have been attended at 5:45PM. During all this time waiting for the doctor to see me, I had the pleasure to meet one of his patients who has been waiting since morning for him for surgery. She had one of her breasts very infected and this doctor kept delaying seeing her. She was clearly very worried as the procedure seemed to be very complicated and this doctor didn't seem to care much.
Anyway, I have been seen by this so-called doctor irshad who has been very unprofessional. Apart from the fact that I have been waiting to be seen for an hour and 15 mins, he took the liberty to take personal calls, send text messages and check the Rightmove website on his phone, I assume he was trying to rent a property. I don't mind people doing this, but not during my consultation and on MY MONEY! He was simply taking calls explaining to the agents about renting references and other stuff.
He rushed me during the consultation, I was left with no words, then he simply left after about 10 mins as he had things to do.
After a few days, I have spoken to Jayne, who seemed to be very nice at the beginning, and explained to her the situation. She said that she will speak to the finance department for a refund to be made to me. It's been a couple of weeks since then and she keeps lying to me that the refund will be made. Sorry, Jayne, but I can no longer trust your word, I know that you simply said that so that I do not go ahead with my complaint.
This is my experience with irshad and he didn't give me the impression that he was a professional at all.
Again, I do not recommend it!!

The initial consultation was very informative and professional. I was given a choice of numerous surgery dates, which ensured it was my choice of when the operation occurred. All the staff at linia were extremely friendly and professional, they all made me feel very comfortable. None of the staff were pushy and it was always ensured every decision was my own. My surgeon was Dr.Irshad he did a brilliant job and listened to what I asked for. I’m very happy with the end result. Both Jayne and Sobia were wonderful and made me feel extremely comfortable. Jayne answered every question I had promptly. I highly recommend Lina.

I honestly cannot thank the Linia team enough for everything they have done. They have gone above and beyond expectations and given the most stress free experience I could of asked for. Dr irshad made me feel reassured, also, has made me into such a confident person and has given me the results I exactly asked for. In the build up to the surgery date I have had nothing but great support from jayne, which answered all questions, going above and beyond and genuinely was so supportive all the way. Thank you so so much and I will continue supporting and recommending people to Linia.

An incredible experience from start to finish!
From the moment I arrived to my consultation and was greeted by Jayne, I knew this was going to be the best decision I ever made.
Dr Irshad and his team have been so supportive and enabled me to achieve my dream of breast augmentation and feeling like I finally have the figure I was meant to have.
I was immediately put at ease by all the medical staff before/during/after surgery and felt so well looked after. (The food is great too as an added bonus!).
I am 11 days post op now and have not stopped smiling. I honestly can’t thank you all enough.

Dr Irshad and his team are all amazing so helpful and answered all my questions before and after surgery. Jayne always got back to me with the answers to my random questions. They have helped me in ways they will never understand and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Best team around

I had my op back 1st June 2021 and I can honestly say that I am so happy with my results, I decided on Linia as dr irshad understood what I wanted and made me
Feel totally at ease and gave me the best advice on the size to go to from the very first phone call to my consultation all questions was answered even when I wanted to know anything Lauren was amazing and I could call her with any questions or worries she also helped with putting me at ease, the day of my op came and the care I received from Dr Irshad and his team was amazing they went above and beyond with my op Dr irshad you truly are amazing I’m so happy with my procedure I’m so much more confident now and I can actually look at myself in the mirror and like what I see, if anyone is thinking of having a breast enlargement and are worried about anything all I can say is Dr irshad is your surgeon and is the best. I was so anxious the day of my op but Dr irshad was amazing and so was his team, so thank you all again for making me feel happy in myself and like what I see when I look in the mirror, you truly are amazing.

Continuation, I had very polite woman ring me twice to try and settle the damage the Mr Aslam has caused. She explained how I haven’t been seen or treated fairly, understood the damage he had caused. The Women asked me what I wanted, which I was still waiting for the post op medical notes as they only sent half. Also what could they do to help? Which I replied, I want what they took away from me, the mess Mr Aslam left the nose in, you would not be able to fix that damage. That was over 3 months ago and I have not heard anything since.
The surgeons I see, they agree they cannot not believe what he has done. Do not trust this Mr Aslam or Linia. There’s a reason why they don’t have any procedure pictures on Instagram or Facebook. Good Surgeons will.

I made the best decision  by choosing Linia Cosmetic Surgery. I went from having saggy breasts to perfect breasts size.

There are no faults with Linia whatsoever, Dr Irshad and Lauren were amazing. Everything made clear the first time I contacted Linia. They were very helpful and welcoming. Lauren answered all my questions,  and she has been very supportive before and after my surgery.

Dr Irshad is amazing, I  could say the best surgeon. He did an amazing job with my breast and tummy tuck, which has changed my life. It has been 4 weeks post op with my breast augmentation, and I feel like a new woman. My confidence has gone from zero to a ten. The result is excellent, and looks really natural. I just want to thank him and the entire team. I highly recommended to Linia.

From the first contact with Jayne to my 10 day check up post op, Linia have been brilliant.
Jayne in particular was always letting me know that I could contact her if I had any questions or issues. On the day of surgery, everyone at the hospital were lovely and I felt at ease the whole time.

This is the first time I have had any surgery medical or cosmetic and I have to say I'm surprised by the lack of pain and discomfort, I thought there would be a whole lot, but 11 days after surgery I feel almost back to normal but just with some slight muscle aches.

An amazing experience from start to finish. I am so happy with my new breasts. Went from a saggy 34C to a perfect, pert 34F with 510cc. They have changed my life and improved my confidence. Everyone at Linia was fantastic and the support before and after is tremendous.

Had lip filler over 18 months ago and it has nit dissolved. Their customer service on the phone are very rude. I called for a top up at the injector kept half of a used needle in the fridge. I since learned that was dangerous and they was going to use the rest of the needle after 8 weeks! I asked for sooner but the injector had holiday so then changed her word and said it will be ok at 8 weeks. Whe I call to complain the call handler was very rude. Rough London street accent and very argumentative. I call again as it’s nit dissolved an no one will speak with me. Terrible for a medical company to to have a clinical concern or after care
