I had breast augmentation through Linia in November and I am now almost 5 months post op. I am so happy with my results and my overall treatment from the company. I had my consultation in Peterborough and my surgery in London, the members of staff at both locations are all so lovely and friendly! I felt so at ease throughout the whole procedure. My surgeon Dr Irshad was amazing and he was very professional and straight to the point about what size implants would work for me. I had basically no chest before my surgery and he made sure I did not pick an implant size that would be too big and harsh on my body. All of the follow up appointments after surgery went well and I am never hesitant to get in touch if I have any questions/issues. My breasts have now dropped and settled a lot and I am so happy with them. They're still softening over time and my scars are still in the process of fading, but everything is going so well. Highly recommend this company for anyone considering a breast augmentation!!

During my consultation I was offered to try on one size of implant, I immediately said I felt it was too big for my frame, I was not given chance to try on a 2nd size. I had been double booked with another woman so that may explain the brief and unfulfilling consultation. I changed my mind a few weeks before the operation and sent them an email explaining I was uncertain about the implant placement and wanted to back out, only the next day my customer consultant talked with me over the phone, and we decided I was going to go ahead after all. The day of the operation I had asked my sibling to take a day off from their job and drive over 4 hours to get to London. Everyone seemed very hurried there and when my surgeon came in to draw on my chest, I asked "are you operating on anyone else today?" to which he replied "eight girls".
I was under the impression "mentor" implants would be used but told right before my surgery,that they were motiva, which was not the brand I would have wanted given they are less trusted and researched. The anaesthetist Dr Armstrong was however very reassuring and professional in this storm of a day and felt like a guardian angel in the operating room. The day after my surgery I was called by my customer consultant to see how I was feeling. I told her I was ok, but that there was an admin issue of some kind as my post-op was set for 17 days after my actual operation. She told me she would fix it and call me back. Later that day she told me she could give me a date 15 days after the surgery instead. In their own words in the aftercare instructions, 14 days is the latest one would be seen by their performing surgeon to check everything is settled and healthy. I was given the choice between waiting over two weeks to check my incisions and make sure they weren't infected or bleeding or do it over facetime.
I told them I was very squeamish and couldn't stomach tending to the sutures myself. No other day was offered until they the day before when I was given the option to see my doctor in London the very next day, knowing I was physically unable to drive and very far away, leaving me no choice but to do it over a phone call. The call took place and it was not even my surgeon. The advice to take my own tape and plasters off in the shower as that would be less painful given that the water would help loosen them. I gave away all my savings and was not even able to get a nurse or surgeon from linia to help me take the tape off my wounds in a safe and appropriate time. I also fainted in my shower and had to go to my equally medically untrained sister to get my now wet steri-strip off. I am not denigrating the surgeon's work, I am appalled at the customer care or lack thereof.

This reply to me sums up my experience with the clinic. It is dismissive and discredits my personal experience having undergone surgery with them. My review was true and honest based on MY experience. It was not defamatory, I clearly stated the surgeon's work was not being criticized, just the customer care. I hope my review will help others make a fully informed decision.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! From start to finish I was looked after by Jayne and was made to feel so welcome. The doctor was brilliant! Mr khalid Irshad was so friendly and professional. Thank you so much again, I’m so happy and pleased with the results!

My experience with Linia has been brilliant from start to finish. Jayne was very helpful especially when my operation was cancelled 3 times due to covid.
The hospital was clean and all staff were very friendly. Dr Irshad is a brilliant consultant and has made me feel at ease from first consultation right through to after care. All staff are very friendly and answer queries quickly. I have recommended to a friend already.

I'm very pleased with the results also the care i received before, during and after my procedure. The results I have received with the uplift will change my body confidence forever.

Had the best experience with Linia from start to finish. Booked my consultation in January with Dr Irshad in Norwich which was really great. Both Dr Irshad & his lovely nurse Sobia took the time to answer all of my questions & address any worries & concerns I had regarding the surgery. They showed me so many photos of Dr Irshads work which was great too. I saw the paitent coordinator Jayne who talked me theough the whole process again & called me a few days later to ask if I wanted to book but no pressure! I paid my deposit & booked for a month later! Jayne kept in touch the whole way through & again answered all of my questions.
The day of the surgery I arrived at Harley Street & met with the nurses & Dr Irshad, they were all so kind & I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I am now 4 weeks post op from my breast augmentation & I couldn't be happier with my results. Im so grateful to Dr Irshad & his team for the amazing care they have given me. The aftercare I have received so far has been faultless,I can text or call anytime & they always get back to me the same day!

I had a BA with Linia on Harley Street and my whole experience was faultless from start to finish. The care I received throughout the day from the nurses and my surgeon was more than I could have hoped for. My surgeon, Dr Sleiter, has boosted my confidence more than I ever imagine and my results are fantastic. I would recommend Linia to anyone who was considering a BA.

I had a breast augmentation at the start of February by Dr. Irshad and his team at Harley Street. It has honestly been one of the best decisions I have ever made and my results are breathtaking. I can't thank everyone enough at Linia for giving me the confidence I needed in myself and making me look and feel amazing!

From my first consultation in Norwich to the operating day at Harley street as well as my recovery, Jayne was so friendly, helpful, and supportive and called and text me to check everything was ok. The staff at Harley Street and the clinic at Norwich were so professional, friendly, and upbeat and the nurses even kept me laughing and smiling the whole day of my operation.

Dr Irshad was my surgeon and my results are exactly what I wanted, they look amazing and I am over the moon with them - even after just 2 weeks!!
The scaring is very neat and minimal and everything looks perfect!!

Jayne was very helpful and answered any questions that I had straight away.

Absolutely amazing the staff at Linia are all fab i went for my first consultation for Breast augmentation at the beginning of February I was nervous but Dr Ishrad and Lauren made me feel at ease and made the process so comfortable fo me i had my surgery on the 25th of February and the actual surgery it self felt like I closed my eyes and opened them again it was so quick around 45 minutes in total hardly any pain what so ever if im honest the pain felt like the underwire of a bra was digging into to skin a little it was more an uncomfortable feeling I'd say then pain . The aftercare was amazing by the Nurses ect and Dr Ishrad is a fantastic surgeon and Lauren (care coordinator) she has also been amazing through the whole process for me I would highly recommend Linia to everyone and if I could give a thousand star review I would . I'm so happy with my results and glad I chose Linia for my breast augmentation .

Mr Irshad and the team have taken very good care of me. I had lots of health problems before booking this surgery to have my breast implants removed. I am now starting to feel much better. No GP ever believed me that I was not feeling well before because my blood tests were all ‘satisfactory’. Mr Irshad took the time to listen to me and has also given me a good cosmetic result by uplifting my remaining breast tissue. The care I have received has made the decision I had to make to remove the implants much easier. Thank you for helping me.

I was very happy of my breast surgery with Dr Slater as Linia Cosmetic Surgery. My surgeon exactly understood the type of size and shape I wanted to go giving that natural look I wanted to obtain. Both his personal assistants Lauren and Mojdeh were really professional, understanding and reassuring as I was a bot nervous before the procedure. From the very first phone call to the post operation visits, the staff at Linia have been amazing. They made me so comfortable and happy at all times. I’m not the type to write a review but honestly can’t thank Dr Irshad and his team enough. I can’t even express and put it into words how amazing they are as a company and my how amazing my breast surgery went and how they look. I found Linia after following an influencer on social media and omg I am so glad I did. I had my boobs enlarged with Dr Irshad and now 8 weeks on - I just love them! I was scared I wouldn’t as i am very fussy! What a smooth painless journey. I’ve heard horror stories from other people who have had the same procedure elsewhere - about the pain but Dr Irshad is so great and careful, my recovery pain wise was no worse than a headache for the first few days. Linia is not like the big names where it’s all fake and they have huge clinics which are always over running, it feels like they genuinely care. Not to mention value for money - their prices are great and very competitive. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free accommodating smooth surgery!!

The pain was so minimal and everything has been so good since having the surgery and the results are amazing! Better then I could of ever hoped for. Linia’s team are always there to reassure you and are there whenever you need them and they’re so quick to get back to you (which is great because I was so nervous before the surgery)! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff at linia, especially Dr irshad! I have never had a surgery before, I was so tired of my breasts after breast feeding 3 children and loosing all volume and shape. I opted for a breast augmentation, (on the fence about getting a lift but costs and being put to sleep put me off) I wasn’t expecting perfect results as my breasts were very stretched and asymmetrical, however I wanted some fullness and to feel more womanly in my clothes. I’m very happy with my results, I have a much nicer shape, fullness and finally have nice cleavage in clothes/swimsuits! Shopping for the underwear and clothes are now more fun! My new boobs give me such more confidence in my own skin.

I have had no complications, now 6 months post op. Surgery was very pleasant, I was given twilight sedation and it was lovely, I like the fact that I am still awake during surgery so was a perfect option for me, although I didn’t remember much of it. All the staff on day of surgery made me feel so relaxed and not embarrassed by anything. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and quickly which is good considering we are in a pandemic! I had them done in the summer holidays so was perfect time to recover. Pain wasn’t too bad, didn’t need pain relief after day 2 really. Felt sick for the first two days, and sleeping on my back was the worst part of the whole thing. I’m also very grateful for Dr Irshad respecting my wishes and ensuring all my after medication was liquid form as I really struggle to swallow tablets. He also made me feel so safe and secure before the surgery with his bedside manner, he felt like a “father figure” reassuring me, which is quite nice when you are feeling a little nervous!

If I ever desire or need another surgery, linia would be my number 1 choice!
