Super bad experience, especially with the support. I had the renewal canceled and still got charged this year again. They denied refund because of T&C

Not a good tool for ascertaining dofollow links.

We have multiple links to our sites that we are already aware of that the tool simply does not pickup and then when we add new links it does not pick them up either.

When we ask SEO Powersuite they can't answer the first item above and for the second they say it takes around 3 months for their cycle to complete.

Either way their date is far from complete and accurate. Whereby it greatly dilutes the value of their program. In fact we have to go so far as to manually check all links as their CSV export is full of inconsistencies.

Note I am only talking backlinks here is that is what we use it for.

Not trustworthy. Contacted support same day as an autotenewal was processed, and advised I did not want the software and asked for a refund. This is the response “

I'm sorry, but you were warned of the auto-renewal on the Order page, as well as on the Checkout page where you agreed to T&Cs:” - its interesting that many other companies will look at something like this as an opportunity to look at longer term business, instead it just refer to the T&Cs and straight up your not getting your money back. Unfortunately will now need to approach the bank to request a charge back. Be very careful about doing business with company.

As noted by various people, this company signs you up for a recurring payment without clarifying it.
I recently received another bill for £183.54. I instantly contacted then and asked then why i'd been charged and to refund the amount. They said it was a renewal and they can't refund it! My invoice didn't show a renewal, it just showed the 12-month subscription I'd signed up for originally.

BUYERS BEWARE of this scam.

I accidentally signed up to there useless software on a trial and forgot to cancel and was notified yesterday that they were going to take £154.80 from my VISA debit card. I immediately notified them that I wanted to cancel whatever I had signed up to and requested them not to take the payment. I was told that they can cancel the subscription but not the £154.80 payment for the year. I will be reporting it as fraud to my bank. Be very careful of these scamming fraudsters.

I've used Link-Assistant.com’s tools (Rank Tracker, Website Auditor, SEO SpyGlass, and LinkAssistant) extensively and found them overpriced for the value they offer. Despite running on a powerful dual Xeon server with 128 GB RAM, the software struggles to complete basic website crawls for large-scale clients, often crashing and failing to recover progress. Rank Tracker has similar issues, with frequent scraping failures (75% unsuccessful).

Additionally, hidden costs are everywhere—basic functions like report downloads or bypassing search engine reCAPTCHAs require additional payments. With 20 years of SEO experience, I recommend exploring alternative solutions that offer better functionality and transparency. Be cautious before subscribing.

At one point, it will just stop working and asked for 40Go of memory. That's why it's so cheap, it's because it stops working at one point.

We have been using the software for a few months. The tools are excellent. I also just had a very fast customer service interaction via link-assistant.com which is another big box ticked. Thanks guys!
