The suite consists of 4 tools each focussing on their specific issue. It has a more afforable pricing than its competitor which makes it ideal for smaller companies like mine. It also includes search engines other than Google, which in my case is ideal.

SEO PowerSuite is very comprehensive easy to use and packed with features, even has information/matrices am didn't know I needed, just in a few days of use I have so much information about my website and have clear action plans on how to resolve them and get ranking better, am very impressed with this level and style of improving SEO.

I like how it is a local app you run from your computer rather than from the cloud. I can offer clients valuable reports with lists of highly actionable tasks that prove their value quickly

**Automatic Recurring Payments:**
Firstly, the automatic opt-in for recurring payments was a major surprise. While I understand the convenience of auto-renewals, not having the option to choose this at sign-up felt misleading. It's a standard practice in many services to offer auto-renewal, but typically with clear options during the sign-up process.

**Lack of Communication:**
Another significant issue was the absence of reminder emails for expiring plans. In today's digital age, a simple notification about upcoming renewals is not just appreciated but expected. This lack of communication led to an automatic charge on my account without prior notice. 2Checkout is responsible for it, and although it was set to send emails, none was sent. I barely care who's fault is it.

**Refund Policy:**
Finally, the refusal to issue a refund was disappointing. Upon contacting customer service to address the unexpected charge, I was informed that refunds are not part of their policy under these circumstances. This rigid approach, especially in a situation where the lack of communication played a significant role, is not customer-friendly.

I have been using this tool for several years, and the results have been totally satisfactory. I have managed to place my websites in the first search engine results. The price is the best on the market

SEO Powersuite offers a range of tools to cover all aspects of SEO. The also have a ton of training content in their library, so it's a no-brainer for beginners. I would give 5 stars if the Professional licence allowed printing of pdf reports
