3 days Now going into 6 Days till Friday or longer
been phoning all day today times no answer cut phonline at 6pm can't contact them last week at all Avoid moving to another ISP
All customers being transferred to Rocket 🚀 Fibre

This company is good, really fast broadband, way faster than one of their competitors I have switched to. I'm regretting switching from them. But please be aware, the reason I had to leave Link Broadbands is that I want NowTV/Sky and NowTV/Sky IP block Lonk Broadbands customers' IP addresses

From first enquiry through to connection..perfect.

So pleased that i chose Link instead of others available. Connection to property before i moved in and a quick phone call to get router connected a cinch.
Although its early days so far its easy to fully recommend Link.

Would never go with this company again, please read reviews before you do. Nothing but hassle the whole time I was with them and internet connection was shocking!!

I cancelled my contract with Link Broadband even before I had been connected.

They charged for first month's service as soon as I'd signed up. They also charged £8.95 for p&p on a Router.

Quite frankly they have no control over the installation process or knowing what City Fibre are doing.

My installation required an infrastructure move, that is, moving their connection in the pavement 3 metres so the installation crew could run the cables into the property.

Three appointments were set and changed because the infrastructure move had not been carried out and every time I spoke or received email Link repeated ad-nausium that I'd be charged £120 if City Fibre were unable to complete the installation.

I found it very difficult to understand what the man from Link was saying and the text in their emails was miniscule.

Overall I found the situation untenable so I cancelled and have signed up with another ISP.

I cannot recommend Link Broadbands.

Good, honest provider. I chose the 900 symetrical package with Linkbroadbands on CityFibre. The onboarding was smooth and I used my own router. Speeds are just as good now as they were on day one. I like their no-nonsense monthly rolling contract.

Very helpful, great service and also managed to help us out with a technical issue.

Very "pure". No frills website, simple order form, very effective telephone service. I'm using the 900 Mbps symmetrical on CityFibre network. Worked like a charm, the ONT installation was smooth, router was provisioned remotely (didn't have to enter any passwords). So far everything works great, the Direct Debit setup (via GoCardless) went OK too.

There are some typos / weirdness in the T&C but nothing that would infringe customer's rights, I didn't spot any "fine print" to mess you up. Might benefit from some proofreading service next time they're updated.

if you want to game, stay away, if you want to stream, stay away.
if you want to do anything remotely latency sensitive, stay away.

what a joke

I have been with Link Broadband for a few months now and only have positive impressions of the service provided. I receive advance notice of any essential maintenance of the network that is to be carried out. Given my experience to date I believe that customer care is of the utmost importance to Link Broadband and their staff.

I was able to contact someone quickly but unfortunately unless you are really savvy with sending photos and using a phone for media I did find it difficult to communicate. But saying that I was sent a engineer the next day prompt and he fixed the problem. Polite telephone conversations on telephone when ringing.

A bit expensive but looks like it worth that amount of it.

LINK emailed to let me know about problems with services, but I didn't experienced fortunately, then they called me to letting me know if it was everything alright, and yes!
Excellent service, very well recommended.

Had one issue setting up and the guy phoned me straight after an email to them and set me up within minutes. WiFi has been on now over a week and not one issue quick and connection all over the house. Thank you.

Link wifi doing great . Its a new experience for us or buffers . Work very fast ad they mention.

The tech team were very helpful and responsive throughout the process of getting set up and everything was in place very quickly. The reason I only give 4 stars is because of the price. It was the best price I could get for the speed I wanted via OFNL providers. It is frustrating that we are not able to use lower cost providers.
