We offered you a Free Trial. As explained before you paid the $1 we only charge $1 to make sure you're a real person to stop people from scamming us for free backlinks.
We then add the $1 to your dashboard as credit. This is why it is called a Free Trial. This was all explained before you paid the $1.
However, I've refunded the $1 which will take 3-5 business days to be returned back to your account.
I looked into your order and you never filled out the order form after checkout to submit your URL and keyword for the Free Trial.
We emailed you 5 days ago asking you to fill out the form and you still haven't.
Is there some reason why you won't fill out the form?

I appreciate your response, but, unfortunately, the focus has shifted away from addressing the quality of service I received. For the record, my review was based on my experience and dissatisfaction with the backlinks provided, not on personal attacks.
Regarding your claim about "free backlinks," I paid for a service with the expectation of quality results, which I have not seen thus far. The tool I used is Moz and I think you don't know about Moz you are using some of your tools so please check the image here that I checked with the Moz extension https://ibb .co/1J4y8X6.
Moreover, your public disclosure of personal billing information is highly unprofessional and a serious breach of privacy. Regardless of where I may reside or which bank I use, my review is based solely on the service I received, which has not met my expectations. Attacking my identity or location does nothing to resolve the issues with the service.
I would prefer to keep this discussion focused on the SEO service and how we can resolve the matter professionally. Accusations and speculation only detract from a constructive solution.
I trust that we can move forward and handle this issue more professionally and respectfully.
You need to learn how to handle clients not how to degrade 1-star reviews as I can see you have written the same reply to 1-star reviewrs as they express the real result.

The drop in DA started before you even ordered from us. Everything you have said is based on non-factual information.
Alexandra, you have proven yourself with two screenshots now that the drop in DA started BEFORE you even ordered from us. When you placed the order on the 6th it takes 7 days for us to do the work. Then it takes 3-4 weeks for the links to get crawled and indexed.
If you check your site in Ahrefs you will see our blogs have not shown up yet. Also, check Moz. If the links are not crawled and indexed how can they possibly cause your site's DA to drop?
A drop in DA is caused by lost referring domains not by adding domains.
I've tried to explain this many times but you just can't seem to duplicate the facts. The facts are the facts!
Maybe you should go back to the SEO company you partnered with, who you left a review for on the 28th of August, as that is date coincident in the drop in DA on your site.
Please stop blaming us.
