Linked Helper is an excellent time saving tool

I have found Linked Helper to be a very useful tool to automatically send my custom message to my 5,000 + connections on Linkedin.

By sending to around 120 of my connections every day, this has rekindled connections that I had not messaged in years. It's a brilliant time-saving and money-making tool.

Well worth the $15 per month. A+

LinkedIn Helper has been a great tool…

LinkedIn Helper has been a great tool for us to search and connect with new potential leads. Their breadth of toolset has helped us to put in place an end-to-end growth workflow and allowed us to focus on lead growth innour sleep We haven't needed much but when we have needed to contact support, they have been quick and extremely helpful in resolving our issues. It is a great service for a great price.

Disappointing Experience with LinkedHelper

These are thief's, nothing more. We paid for 25 licenses in advance over a 3 months period. Figured in 15 days that the software if too bulky for usage across accounts. Thereby, asked the team to charge the cost for 25 accounts with the usage rate for the first month and refund the rest. They refused, stating we ticket the terms and conditions. Who reads that

I had high hopes for LinkedHelper, but my experience has been frustrating. The software is difficult to navigate and often glitches, making it more of a hassle than a help. Customer support has been unresponsive, leaving me feeling ignored when I encountered issues.
Additionally, I found that the automation features didn’t work as advertised, leading to wasted time and effort. Overall, I cannot recommend Linked Helper based on my experience.

Hello Akhilesh. Let us shed light on some details that were not mentioned here, probably, unintentionally.
===Regarding the lack of usage experience
You reached out to our support via WhatsApp from +91 97***5365 number regarding assistance with 2 Linked Helper accounts under Akhilesh@growthass*****.co and tools@chit****ia.co emails, both having the same:
– owner names
– IPs
– computers’ IDs

Thus, we’re sure you’ve been managing at least 2 accounts.

Our system says you’ve been managing at least 7 LinkedIn accounts simultaneously on Akhilesh@growthass*****.co since June 2022, and 25 accounts under tools@chit****ia.co account since 10th of October, 2024.

The latter account activated its licenses in Oct 10th, but refund request was submitted 20 days later.

With two years of multi-account managing experience using Linked Helper, there shouldn’t be any issues figuring out whether it is convenient to manage several accounts.

===Regarding refund terms

As per our terms, paid activated license is not subject for refund. When buying licenses of a longer period, customers receive discounts while Linked Helper receives funds for several months in advance that are not refundable in case customers change their minds.

Every user has to agree with the terms before signing up or buying a icense, otherwise, they need to stop using Linked Helper.

The fact that you did not read the terms does NOT grant you the right to change them unilaterally, as well as does not diminish terms’ legal power or removes liabilities/obligations of the parties.

===Regarding tool complexity

It might look difficult to use, but once you get the basics it will be as easy as using any other similar automation tool.

Moreover, we have more than 200 articles that explain every aspect, as well as video tutorials, and tool tips all over the interface, not to mention the 24/7 support via email, built-in chat, WhatsApp & Facebook messengers. You used our support assistance only 18 times during the almost two year period.


===Regarding support

We have received 18 support requests from both +91 97*** *5365 number and Akhilesh@growthass*****.co, tools@chit****ia.co emails from November 2022 till the October, 2024:
all tickets were answered within 20 minutes;
every question you asked was addressed.

===Regarding tool glitches

We did not find any ticket where Linked Helper was glitching but we found a couple of other tickets
Ticket 284454 - you bought proxies that did not work with LinkedIn even in Chrome.
Ticket 283487 - your PC is out of disk space which is needed for Linked Helper database
Ticket 394678 - you sent InMails using LinkedIn account whose ability to send free Inmails was limited by LinkedIn not by our tool.

In every case, the root of the issue was outside of Linked Helper’s scope of responsibility.

===Regarding not-working features/false advertisement

Linked Helper automates daily routine activity in LinkedIn, it does not hack LinkedIn and can do only those things you can do manually.

In your last tickets from tools@chit****ia.co you complained that Linked Helper could not send InMails from certain accounts while in fact it was not possible to do even manually.

You complained about the absence of API, but that was never advertised.

You wanted to see messages in one place, and Linked Helper offers that within the scope of one LinkedIn account where Sales Navigator, Recruiter, and regular LinkedIn message inboxes are united within Linked Helper interface. We never advertised that messages from several LinkedIn accounts can be combined together.
