I bought a silver pendant cross (for a necklace) for my son for Xmas. It was not the quality I expected so sent the item back on the 13/12/2023. Have since sent numerous correspondence to them and been asked 3 times to send my tracking number/proof of postage to them which I have done since then. It is now the 06/02/2024 I still have no refund from them or item that I purchased!! Absolutely awful customer service, excuses all the time. I would NEVER recommend anyone buying from them!

I ordered 2 different pendant necklaces from Linked London and both necklaces were of the poorest quality! Each necklace has been worn once and has broken!!! The clamp that holds the pendant on comes apart and the pendant falls off! A chain link has also broken on one of the necklaces. Honestly, the poorest quality necklace I have ever bought. I contacted them for a refund but have had no response!

Did not receive my “Mystery Box”. I have emailed and emailed and all has been ignored. Avoid!!

i ordered a 4mm tennis chain for only £15 and it doesn’t feel cheap it feel amazing and the diamonds shine it only took 2 days to arrive and is an amazing quality piece i’ve used it in the shower and it hasn’t turned my neck green 5/5.
