Insanely good quality and service

Saw an advert on line and messaged, seller replied the same day and answered my questions so I bought a Moncler cardigan/jacket.

Asked for it to arrive the next day but it was late on in the day. Seller did send for next day delivery but due to my rural location it didn't get there till 48 hours later, not their fault though.

Jacket was clearly brand new and authentic with all tags on, and most importantly description was spot on (RE sizing ETC)

Based on this experience I would highly recommend.

Poor customer service and after sales

Purchased a moncler jacket through eBay. At first I was a little hesitant as the pictures he was using weren’t the size he was selling but I took the chance and the jacket is a dream. Unfortunately on the first occasion of wearing the jacket I noticed some stitching has come away from the sleeve. I messaged them immediately but their response was “It wasn’t like that when the tags were still on”. It is my belief that they were fully aware of this and that’s why they didn’t use the ACTUAL photos of the jacket and used another size they were also selling. Amazing how quick service can alter and become a poor experience. I do not recommend this seller 👎🏻

Since you purchased a brand new coat and it has been worn, we are not able to issue you a refund since the condition of the item is different to when it was purchased from us.
