The team is always on top of things. Ryan always calls back the same or next day when we have a question. Their content is a bit generic with slow results but we are in a competitive market so we still give the the benefit of doubt

Constant calls with different local numbers hoping you will answer. I said that I didn't want the website, but they just kept talking as though they didn't hear you. After saying no several times, I had to hang up the phone. He immediately called me back from another number. I told him to stop calling me and hung up again. He again, immediately called me back from another number. I consider that to be harassment. Even if their website was any good, I would never do business with them because of that persons behavior.

Horrible service. They ruined my website and organic rankings.

They will deceive you and continue to take your money. Stay away, its generally a scam.. the websites are pre-built. They don't help you get more business.

LinkNow host and develop our website for years, we are happy on the service we are getting.
Recently we have changed the web look, and Sofia plays a significant role to make it work even if there was a bit hard time with other team when it comes communication however once she jump in to our cause she was awesome, committed and determined. I am no longer working with this company due to their inability to move the needle despite selling me an aggressive SEO package and a full website package. Both of these were positioned as solutions to improve performance, but ultimately failed to deliver meaningful results.

After onboarding with a new marketing team, I was informed that much of the content and structure created by Link Now Media is not salvageable for my new website due to significant deficiencies. Hearing this was extremely frustrating, as it represents nearly $10,000 spent with little to no long-term value.

What made the situation worse was the customer service. Even after I provided a detailed website audit showing numerous technical errors and issues, they refused to acknowledge any responsibility and instead offered excuses. There was no accountability or effort to correct the problems.

Ryan was the only individual who was initially helpful. However, once challenges arose, communication stalled and I was quickly redirected to management. At that point, it felt less like a partnership and more like a transaction. I no longer felt supported or that my business growth was a priority.

Since leaving this company, my business has significantly improved. My CRM data clearly shows an immediate increase in revenue after ending the relationship, which speaks for itself.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution other business owners to be very careful if approached by this company with promises of “saving your business” or “moving the needle.”

We've had a site for years from LinkNow - they've been great to us!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. FRAUD COMPANY NOT IN USA. Non-stop call scam using fake business number in your local area. They have cold called my business and personal phones multiple times a day, looking for you to call back based on a call and hang up scam.

They made a marketing call to us, and they sounded great. We decided to not go with them, but they won't stop calling, 4 or 5 times already. We couldn't be more clear. They want to argue about why we won't use them.

I reached out multiple times for requests for changes or to help add google ad tracking codes. We built an entire WordPress site and still no response from the link now. Only attentive when signing up

WOW...I should not have waited so long to set up a Website. Im extremely impressed with how easy things have been with LINK NOW. Louis handled my onboarding and was very thorough communicating all the information in a manner that made sense. Im super excited to see my Website finally materialize.

Constant calls and a horrible webpage they sent me to purchase. Within 4 mins of the initial call they tried to get my card number. Hung up and they keep calling back even after telling them I’m busy working on a customers project outside in the hot sun, they continued as if they didn’t hear it and again asked for a card number. Stay away.
