I recently had a solar panel and battery storage system installed by
Links Energdy Ltd and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
From the start Carl,Jacob and his planning team were highly professional and transparent. They answered all my questions regarding system size and smart tariff compatibility without any high-pressure sales tactics.
On the installation day, the Roofer arrived on time Franky politely introduced himself and his team then clearly explained to us their plan they were respectful, incredibly efficient, and took great care of my roof.
Mick the electrician then arrived with Matt an in house apprentice both worked to a very high standard.
Mick quickly assets the job in hand and advised us of he intentions clearly routing out his cable run etc mounting the inverter and battery all this was exceptionally neat and safely run through proper conduits.
When completed Mick walked me through the mobile app so I could track my daily energy generation in real-time.
The system is already up and running perfectly, and I'm looking forward to the long-term energy savings. I highly recommend Links Energy to anyone looking for an stress-free solar installation.

Response to minor issues. Every project has those niggles that are unforseen. What stood out with Carl and his team was how quickly and effectively they sort and implemented a fix. A broken slate no problem, done. Great experience with outfit.... Would be 5star but I never give 5.

Carl and his team are a fantastic group of people to work with. The company recently helped us with a knock through and work was professional, tidy and done with care as we were still living at the property while works went on. The all round service provided ment we always knew were we were up to and nothing was any trouble for any of the trades that carried out the works. Would highly recommend using Carl and his team. We will be in the future if we need any further work doing.

The installer was very professional and he made sure that we understood how everything worked and where everything was.

Absolutely fantastic service and job done by Carl, Rob and Cal. Were efficient, knowledgeable and got everything sorted from EV installation and new electrical board. Can’t recommend them enough as first class. Turned up on date agreed and worked hard to get job done with minimal disruption

Links Energy is my go-to for a whole range of household tasks, from small jobs like moving sockets to a full house rewire and a big kitchen renovation. All the tradespeople I've had round are really friendly and reliable, and with their help my house renovation project is making good progress. Would highly recommend Carl, Julie and the team.

Very quick service. We required an urgent EICR for the local council, this was completed and resolved in a swift manner. Staff were quick to answer any communication and very polite/courteous.

Third time I have used this company. Reliable quick to respond. Gets the job done quickly with no mess.

My lights and shower fused in my home. Called links energy there in a few hours. Located problem with the shower sorted. Changed some light fittings on request while there.

Last year done a rewire on partners home. Big job but they completed job in the estimated time. The team were so professional and they even supplied a painter and decorator to complete the job.

Excellent! I have used this company a few time, the lads are always professional and clean up after the job is done. Thanks for coming out quickly when I had a leak to make sure my bedroom light was safe and that the rest of our upstairs lights were working. Then once we had fixed the leak they came back did some plastering and fixed our light. Also needed some doors adjusting in the house and again brilliant job done.
