After getting myself in debt due to something horrible happening to me several years ago, I have had so many negative expierences with agents generally not wanting to listen or be human about situations. I called up today and got put through to someone called Natalie, and I can't express how much of a wonderful and empathetic agent she is. Thankyou Natalie for taking the time to listen, and really offer me genuine and helpful advice. For not being judgemental or dismissive, I really appreciate it.

My husband and I went to them to help us secure a mortgage for our new home and they were very helpful. Jagpal and RP Singh have been very helpful in the entire process and we owe them and BIG thank you! They are 100% trustworthy and will help you get the best possible deal. I would highly recommend going to them if you are looking for a new mortgage or a re-mortgage.

If i could give them more stars, i would. There are 3 things you want if you are looking for a mortgage and an Insurance broker and these guys are all of it:
1. Effectiveness- Jagpal & RP Singh are damn good at what they do... They will help you get the best deal and and will it work quick... You will NOT get a wrong recommendation from them.
2. Trustworthy- Mortgage and Insurance are about all your money. They can be 100% trusted with what they do with your money and how they deal with it.
3. Responsiveness- In the world of COVID, you want to work with someone who is responsive to your emails and calls, who is efficient with time and who is keeping you updated with what is happening through out the long drawn process of the banks and Insurance companies... These guys would do it proactively and not wait for a follow up email or a call.

My experience has been phenomenal to an extent that i would continue to work with these guys in every possible capacity! If there are any doubts or questions, please reach out to me via my listed email address on this review.
