Dreadful. This seems to one of a stable of companies operating out of Asia, I've been stung by one before. I wish I had come here to check before I ordered. I ordered items that said were 70% cotton, they are labelled 35% cotton, but are clearly entirely synthetic. They are vile. Clearly a total con job. Facebook must stop allowing these fraudulent companies to advertise, if I'm not given a full refund I'm going to start contacting Facebook about them.

This company is a sham. I have never bought anything from any company and been expected to pay postage for a return let alone an international return. Their solution.... we will give you a 50% refund and you keep the (poor quality, ill fitting top)to do what i wish with, eh put in the bin??? Don't start me on the quality!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID i just wish i had reviewed these posts before wasting my money.

I ordered 3 dresses from LInkShe for around 97 and change. I used the size chart and ordered mediums. I received the items and 2 of the 3 were sized entirely too small. I think maybe their sizing is for Chinese women although i used the US size chart. I did notice while trying them on that the quality was great on all 3 items. I wish i could wear them all. I went back to their site and tried to figure out how to return the items. I had seen the bad return reviews. I initiated a return and an exchange. They communicated with me through email very promptly and courteously. THey ended up refunding me for both items very quickly(i used paypal) as they were out of stock. The return process was sort of a hassle with taking a photo of the tracking number but all in all i have no issues. I wont use them again simply due to the oddness of sizing. their clothes are beautiful and from the 3 i saw well made.

I was very concerned after reading the reviews but my dress arrived within two weeks. I had a number of informative emails. Although creased the dress was of good quality looked exactly as in the image.
Maybe I was lucky but I will buy from them again. I think it's best to anticipate a few weeks wait. I also logged into my order which was simple andgave access to customer services.

Be aware their clothes do not look like the pictures and are made in odd sizes & of odd fabric, a lot of nylon! If you buy from the UK they won’t give you a UK returns address only US as they try very hard to discourage returns. Their returns policy does not state this. They try to offer you a partial refund to keep an item that doesn’t fit you! I would not recommend them at all. They do not conform to UK or EU rules when it comes to distance selling.

Bogus site maybe

I believe this may be another name for LiliGal. All the clothes look the same and the reviews are just like those on LiliGal. I would stay away from both of these due to what I have read.

I ordered from here and never received anything. I contacted numerous times and finally got s reply that they could not complete my order...but it would take several more weeks for a refund. Thankfully I had paid with PayPal and finally had to go through them to get my money back months later. Very bad experience

Awful experience. Bikini sent was nothing like picture. No refund given with out refund and company are in China so cost as much to send back as you would receive. Worst online shopping experience ever!

AND MULTIPLE ITEMS DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME. OR NOT AT ALL. THE ONLY COMMUICATION WITH THIS COMPANY IS BY EMAIL, WHICH IS A PROBLEM. THERE APPEARS TO BE COMPREHENSION ISSUES WHEN DISCUSSING A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER. ITS JUST BAD, AND VERY FRUSTRATING TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES. I NEVER RECEIVED MY METCHANDISE AFTER WAITING FOR WEEKS. FINALLY, I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP AND A REFUND via PAYPAL. I AM GLAD THAT I USED PAYPAL. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT NOT HAVE GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK. DON'T DO IT!!

I bought a blouse from these people, and although I didn't like the way it looked on me, it was still very pretty and well-made. I probably won't order from them again, since I've been spoiled buy the Amazon experience, basically being able to return anything at Amazon's expense. I told him I would like to return the blouse, and they suggested that I buy another item at their expense. Although the clothes are modeled by very young people, the shirts are entirely too long for my tastes. I think that so many people gave them a one-star review that so many people just followed suit. All in all I think that my experience was positive.

I ordered a dress and a swimsuit, both were very poor quality, colours were nothing like the pictures. Never again.

Very bad customer service. The quality of their items is poor. I will never order from this company again. I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that are cheaply made.

I ordered 2 swimsuits in January in readiness for a holiday in March. The delivery date went from 1 week to 2 and then constantly shifting. This is a Chinese company, who shut down for Chinese New Year and don't let you know. I had my holiday, without the swimsuits and hounded, and i mean hounded, them for a full refund. I got my full refund after involving pay pal in a dispute and flooding their customer service and Facebook with messages. Avoid at all costs!!

I ordered a dress on 15th June and now today 23 July and still no sign of it. Was initial told it would be delivered end of June and still no sign of it at the end of July. I contacted them and got a response just to say should be delivered by 21st July. Also states that if it does not arrive by 5th Aug I get a 50% refund and if not here by 20 Aug a full refund. Yet they have my payment since start if June. This is not good.

The products are poor not as advertised. Refunds are not given back in full. They should not be able to lie about given full refunds back.

Awful! Two swimsuits purchased they came in made of some type of material that can only be described at a mixture of cheap polyester and aluminum foil, it crinkles when you fold it. Never will I make this mistake again.

They lie about refunds and returns. They ask you to download photos for any reason you want to return. They keep telling you they need more photos and then say they did not get them. Eventually they tell you your time to return has expired. The quality of the clothing looks like it must be being made by 10 year old children in a sweat shop.
My advice do not order anything from them. Who knows where they are?If I could I would give them a minus rating, One is too good for their service. There is a reason the clothing is cheap, because THE CLOTHING IS CHEAP.

Crooks! Bought a bathing suit on 6/10/18. Never received!

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. I ordered a swimsuit and top from linkshe. Both items were exactly like the picture and were true to size. I will purchase from their site again. I m glad I didn’t read these reviews because I would of missed out on the beautiful top and swimsuit I ordered.!!

I too wish I had read the reviews on this company. I placed an order on July 1, 2018, and my credit card was charged. When i go back and try to track my order, it says I have no order ever being placed. I have submitted 2 tickets waiting to hear back. I also submitted a dispute for the charge with my credit card. Totally think this company is a scam.
