I never received my order. They never contacted me telling me there was an issue with shipping, but once I voiced a concern they said they couldn't confirm my address. I had the order shipped to my business in the middle of town. UPS and Fed/Ex know me by first name and I have NEVER had an issue with items being shipped to my office or my office address being confirmed. Lame excuse to keep my money! Buyer beware with this company!!

i have recently purchased 3 swimsuits from Linkshe. I want to return them, but I been given an address in China Ive checked my bag and the is an address for a Warehouse in Hayes Middlesex I will not take this lying down and I am hounding Sherry in China so I can return this swimwear back to the UK warehouse. I will update you ladies as to how I get on.

This company is a complete scam. You order...wait weeks for it to arrive...pay too much. When it arrives, there is no order info or return instructions. Just what you ordered inside a mailer. What you order is not what you get. They obviously copy cat clothing and sew them very poorly. They do not even have any kind of tag inside of ANY kind. Wash instructions, size, fabric content. Literally NOTHING. They should be shut down for doing this. Criminals.

Awful!! The products are complete crap, it comes from China so it takes forever and then they scam you into getting a partial refund ! Never ever order from here

Terrible at delivering, worse at refunding. Don't buy from Linkshe! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering a bunch of swimwear to try on, it's been a horrible experience, and to make things worse they only offer an 80% refund, and then don't give it! My advice stay clear of these guys or you will be seriously out of pocket with a poor quality item to show for it.

Terrible service. I bought several bathing suits and the quality is terrible and the sizes are too big. It is taking days for me to try and get approval to return them. The site says that you will receive return authorization in 1 hour but days have passed and I have not heard back. Just terrible. Will never buy from them again

This company is bad!!! No sure how they get away with taking your money and never sending you your item.

I hope people see this before placing an order from Linkshe.com. I am not sure I will receive any kind of refund from them. The items were very poor quality and sizing far too small. Their reviews all seemed very positive - utter nonsense! I cannot find a way to review my items which makes me wonder how genuine their reviews are. I think they are bad news. I have notified Paypal and i hope anyone else in the same predicament also notifies Paypal. Also they have a very strange form of communication - tickets!?! Be Careful!

I ordered a swimsuit which took a month to arrive, and was way too small. Their size chart indicated I was a medium (size 8), but this suit is like a small or even extra small. It would cost more to return than the swimsuit itself, and based on the reviews, who knows if I would ever get the replacement or if it would fit either. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Clothing is poor quality ,nothing like what you see in the picture. Want to return items ,but they dont want to know .Don't order from them

Ordered a swimsuit it arrived 3 weeks later. Fit perfect, love the color. Will buy from tnem again

I liked the swimming costume I ordered, only it was too big.
I did ask for a full refund after I was offered 50% back, in the end I did get a full refund however but it cost me £11 to return. So this item cost me the postage back to China and I have nothing to show for it.
I believe if it hadn't have been too big I would've been happy with my purchase and would've kept it, and they would've got a better review than this one. They should cover the cost of postage as from the look of things their products arent that cheap really.
I have found another page called Modlily, clearly the same Chinese set up as the site and pictures are exactly the same, prices are slightly lower though for the same items.
Doesn't have as bad reviews as LinkShe.
The same swimming costume I bought for £23 on Linkshe is £6 on the Wish app ;)

Horrible horrible company to deal with.
I just received a bathing suit that did not fit ,fabric was thin and cheap.
Trying to return it is impossible. The web site is easy to navigate when purchasing but trying to return is a nightmare.
I think their customer service is non existent as every attempt keeps routing me back to their website that refuses to recognize my purchase.

Purchased a shirt, for $30 which is alot of money for me, but it was adorable. Arrived 6 1/2 weeks later and it was enormous for a Medium. Emailed them, got the Return Auth #, returned it to the Maryland address as instructed. Never received the smaller shirt, nor a refund. They claim to never have received it and won't even check with the Maryland distribution center (whatever it is, as the company is in China). Total scam. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I bought two swimsuits online but when I received them after a bit less than a month, I was disappointed by the fact that they did not fit me. They were too big for me. I messaged them through a ticket and they replied offering a 50% refund. They offered an 80 % refund when I insisted on returning the items. I finally decided to take the 80% refund since it would come to the same if I had to ship them back at my own cost. I kept the items but i cannot wear them as they are too big for me. However the quality is not that bad. I will probably offer them as a gift to somebody.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. When you request your refund they try to offer you a percentage of your money back if you will keep the items. They are cheap, don't fit and you could never wear them in public. After the third time I told them I needed the return address and confirmation of my money being refunded they are now ignoring me. I purchased two swim suits.
