Like everyone else, I received a ‘thank you’ card after a three week wait but no items. After contacting them, I received the ‘two warehouses’ story, and after 30+ emails they offered a refund which didn’t happen and from there stated that it was “now an issue for my bank”. Absolute crooks.
Order never arrived , had several replies saying they have 2 warehouses and my order went to the wrong one , 2 months down the road and still nothing . As the old saying goes , if it looks too good to be true . Then it is . Shower of shits

It's a total scam, just spent £108 to be the recipient of a letter from royal mail

Total scam. Sent a thank you note. I used the shop app to pay so assumed it was legit. Have reported it to shop and will try to get a refund through them
Total scam waited three weeks for just a thank you note. No response from any of their emails. I will be registering this transaction as fraud.

Scammers. Ordered some clothes and then got a tiny package. I thought oh no, it's going to be just pictures of the clothes I ordered! That would have been funny. But no, just a "THANK YOU" note. Total scam and then send a thank you note, thanks for your money!! I can live it up in China using a website of another brand's clothing, lol should have known!
